Not a full service Chick-fil-A in that there is no indoor seating. This has a drive thru and walk-up express style window for ordering. Additionally the mobile thru lane is open but it merges with regular drive thru traffic. Why even have it if it doesn’t offer the perks. Finally, the service was slow. Once would think that a restaurant with this setup would be faster. Won’t be eating here again. Would be nice if there was better advertisement in the app to point out how this location is different.

This needs to be labeled Chick Fila EXPRESS, not the same as a regular CFA. This was terrible. There’s no indoor seating or anything. Theres a few tables outside and you can at least access the bathroom but that’s it. And the drive through line was slow as heck for a place that’s ONLY a drive through! They had half of it blocked off and weren’t using it for its intended purpose of mobile through. Its incredibly sad that this is the new face of CFA! Nothing FAMILY about these places anymore!

Why when you order thru the mobile app and you use the mobile lane, it’s always closed off and you have to merge in with other traffic. What’s the point of using the app.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with no egg. I receive a plain biscuit, nothing on it. I ordered a fruit cup and did not receive it at all! Not sure what was going on this morning, usually the service and accuracy is top tier! Extremely disappointed in my experience today, and out of money!

Do not buy the candied maple bacon sandwich…one bite and I threw it away. I eat at Chick-fil-A 2 or 3 times a week. Stick with the original. If it isn’t broken…don’t change it!!!
