I don’t normally go to Starbucks, but today I went since I had gift cards and I think her name was Maria. She was very patient with me paying with gift cards and asked me about my day and I had a good conversation with her. Maria and her colleagues made me feel good when I wasn’t having a good day. Plus, my tea and baked treats were really delicious.

Staff was very friendly and service was quick and everything was tasting perfect. My visit was on a Saturday afternoon. I went inside to order. The bathrooms were very clean. I love the layout of this Starbucks.

I probably should have read the other reviews before placing a mobile order here. My mobile order said it would be ready between 5-7 minutes. I entered the drive through with 2 minutes left for my mobile order to be ready assuming it would be done by the time I got to the window considering there was a long line. My assumption was wrong. They said it wasn’t ready and to pull to the parking lot until I got a notification on my phone. By this logic, I could have just ordered at the screen and got my coffee faster than placing a mobile order. I asked the lady if I could just pick it up in store instead of going through the drive through a second time and she said yes. So I parked and headed inside and waited. By this time it had been 15 minutes since I placed my order. Then someone asked what name my order was for and I told her. She then proceeded to grab my order from the drive through spot where it had been sitting and getting cold. If it was done, why couldn’t I have just picked it up at the drive through? Then the lady said that they prefer people to order at least 12 minutes ahead of time even though the app says 5-7 minutes. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks and I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

I love how much natural light there is, and my drink tasted great. There is tons of parking. The space is kind of small, but they maximize the space and there are plenty of tables and chairs. My biggest complaint is the tables. I wish they were a little higher so you didn’t have to look down and wreck your back while working on a laptop.

This Starbucks just opened few days back, wanted to checkout so went today. Staff is good, helpful, courteous and prompt. Cafe Mocha was good not the worst I tried from few other Starbucks. Drive through is more busy than inside and this is little bigger than normal Starbucks you visit. Very clean may be because its new but going forward this will be my place to have coffee.

Typing from the drive through as I wait currently. Placed an order that said it was ready at 2:25 and was in the drive through at this time. Was told to pull out until I received a notice that it was ready.
I waited 20 minutes and STILL received no notice and in this time about 5 cars got in the drive through in front of us. That means we’re waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 coffee drinks and 1 cake pop that we ordered ahead on the app to save time. If this location can’t handle app orders, they need to contact their corporate office instead of placing the burden on the customers. i will not be back.
