OMG. Amazing . Can’t believe this was our first time here! Both my wife and I literally loved everything we tried this evening at Copper Fish. Crab nachos were worth coming back for alone! Both our entrees were spectacular, she had the filet and I had the crab cakes. Portions were awesome and flavors out of this world. We both also sampled various drinks all of which we would order again. We’ll definitely be back!

By boyfriend and I have been several times to the Copper Fish. They have the best selections of raw oysters in the area which keeps us coming back. They usually have about 4 options to choose from typically along the east coast. We have also tried their lump crab nachos, old bay fries, and the crab dip (which we love). We have sat both at the tables as well as at the bar and have always received good friendly service. They typically have both food and drink specials.

I’m not sure what happened because we had heard such good things. Service was okay and atmosphere was great. The food was not. The Fettuccine Alfredo was so bland it tasted like noodles and milk. I’m not one to write poor food reviews. The Maryland Crab pizza was so salty and overly seasoned heavily. The Pepperoni Pizza was good. My daughters said the crab cake didn’t have a enough sauce and was pretty bland with out it. We would of actually asked for more sauce on the side if we had seen our server again. Oh Our appetizer never came. So when our food came I asked about it. Instead of saying sure be right out with it she asked if I wanted it since our food was already here. We have been trying out a lot of restaurants locally since being new the area.

So glad I stopped in! Food was delicious. I got the open faced crab pretzel. Crab was fresh and plentiful. Cheese sauce that it was topped with was awesome. Service was outstanding! Thank you ladies for taking care of me. I will definitely be back.

Such a great experience! We went for restaurant week and got AMAZING crab nachos (always on the menu), cajun shrimp and grits, and my favorite salted caramel brownie! The service was wonderful and they were stingy about their cornbread muffins! 😉 We love his place and will be back often! PS- a little pricey but so worth it.

Copper Fish and It’s About Thyme, which is next door, are adjoined by a small hallway, they share a kitchen, the menus are shared, with Copper Fish on one side and It’s about Thyme on the other. Even though we got a pizza from It’s about Thyme (wood fired grill), the 4 stars are just for the food from Copper Fish.
We only ordered two appetizers and some dessert. We got a dozen shrimp, which were amazing. I’d give them 20 stars. However, I was disappointed with the calamari. It just lacked any real flavor. The breading was falling off, leaving a plate of crumbling breading and plain calamari rings. The chocolate cake was very good.
The best part of the night was the service. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made my date and I feel wanted and welcome.

The service was understandably slow- it was Valentines Day. But the food was absolutely outstanding. I got a glass of the house Prosecco, which complimented the half plate of crab nachos quite nicely. For the main course, I ordered the smoked salmon sandwich, which was divine. Accompanied by Old Bay seasoned fries, it was a lovely meal. Good for those that want excellent seafood, not good for those who cannot afford excellent seafood.
