Well this was a first. I ordered a foot long steak philly, as basic as it could be with mayo, onions, salt and pepper. Got in my car and noticed how cold the bag was. I opened the wrapper and found the entire sandwich was ice cold. The bread was cold, the meat was near frozen, the cheese was sliced and clearly came from the fridge. Nothing hot, nothing melted. Very young but polite employee might not have known it should be hot? I don’t know. It’s almost amusing. Like other reviews no need shopping this location if you want reliability.

Twice now my experience has been awful at this location. The gal didn’t give me my change back she was Mexican and she didn’t understand English or what I was saying which was tough so I never got my change back. The store didn’t look clean at all and I got sick off of the food. The health food inspection should stop by there. I couldn’t believe how bad it looked. I’ve told my friends and family not to go here. The gal wiped her face and didn’t put fresh gloves on. Really disappointed with this location. I’m going elsewhere.

Used to be an amazing subway now nobody can speak English. They’re not able to understand the translation on their phone even. You can’t even get a sandwich because they have no idea what you’re saying even when you point directly at what you want after 20 minutes I had to walk out with no sandwich. Following day…… call to see if I could speak to a manager they said no. They also said if I only speak English that I cannot order in-store I have to order online

Person working there was fine but they refused to take a coupon there. I expect that kind of policy at a mall or airport location but kinda ridiculous for this location.

I have had several really bad experiences with this Subway, it used to be good, what happened? For the third time in as many months, I went there today and ordered a turkey sub, and it was awful. The bread was hard and stale. The vegetables did not taste fresh, almost tasted like they were freezer burned. The reason I gave it a couple chances is because they used to have good subs. The woman working was nice, it didn’t have anything to do with her, the food was bad. My advice would be to stop skimping, make sure your food is fresh, or you won’t last long, too much competition.

I went to buy my food and an Ecuadorian lady was there. I told her that if she took too long on her cell phone, she told me that it would take a while. I left and she was serious that that wasn’t right. They pay her for working, not for being on her cell phone. And I asked him if he was taking long on his cell phone, he told me that yes, take care of your restaurants because of the people, otherwise you will lose customers.
