We loved the front booth, and enjoyed our cocktails—meanwhile in SoHo, Chardonnay and a mojito. The appetizers tasted delicious—mini lobster rolls—amazing! The king pao Brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked and spiced. Dinner: Rabbit ragu, swordfish and chicken Parmesan were all yummy, although my husband wished he had asked for undercooked fish. Tiramisus was so creamy and light!

Came by with a friend on Saturday night, and we weren’t disappointed. A great vibe and atmosphere, service was great and food and drinks as well. Very much enjoyed the night, and the only watch out is we were seated in back and noticed it was a bit smokey by the exposed kitchen.

Sole is a staple in our New Canaan restaurant repertoire. The food is always delicious, the specials rotate with the seasons so they are always fresh, and the service is consistent. Drinks are awesome and they ambience inside is lovely. You can also sit outside and people watch during your meal. Prices are pretty normal for New Canaan, so you can expect to spend about $40 or $50 per person for a meal and drinks.

A beautiful New Canaan staple. The service is always wonderful and we’ve never had a bad meal. The margaritas are wonderful, Chicken Milanese is amazing. Don’t let me oversell but the French fries are the best I’ve ever had!

Am a regular at sister restaurants Terra and Mediterraneo in Greenwich, and felt so at home at Sole. In fact I would say the layout and space is nicer, and their Amish chicken was slightly better too. Huge fan and will be back regularly
