Walking in I did not have high hopes, the dining area was dirty, there were 2 people dining in and 2 people waiting for pick ups.
There were boxes on tables and around the drink area. It didn’t appear busy enough to not have restocking and a clean up done.
There was no greeting when walking in, the only things said was what can I get you and the total of my meal.
The food on the other hand was what I remember panda tasting like. The chow mein had actual flavor! The orange chicken had a spicy kick and everything was hot.
From my experience I would say take the drive through and just deal with the lack of friendly service.

Always not prepared.. Always run out of food.., and you need to wait for them to cook and refill… it happen 3x to me…
8/15…downgrade it to 2 star.. again run out of food.. need to wait mushroom chicken go be cooked.. staffs are not prepared.. and when got home.. the mushroom chicken had only 5 pcs of chicken and more on mushrooms.. wow.. being scammed today.

Stopped here for a break on our thanksgiving road trip. The young gentlemen working on November 25th were so nice! A Cheerful and professional staff. We’ll try and stop on our return trip.

It’s really annoying every time I come into this store they are waiting on the damn cook to finish making something, often resulting in me waiting 10min for 1 food item. Pealse get more cooks or have someone monitor the food that is almost gone. They will literally WAIT until it’s two scoops left in a pot before the cook will grab the items out the fridge RIDICULOUS.

I was so super excited to find out we were getting Panda Express in Brownsburg, but like most of the restaurants they go down after a year. This type of quality is not even edible for customers. And the fact that they would sale it to customers is a disgrace. Keep your food fresh, quality of service goes a long way.

Well, At first I thought it was a nice location but got inside and I was rushed. Caroline assisted me. No one behind me, she rushed me through each question! I am a nice and patient person but that was ridiculous. She was rude. Food quality at 1:40pm was poor. But I realize it was after lunchtime. Rice was hard and caked together. Tea was deluted and basically sugar water. At least it was a clean store. Not going back again.

The worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to, which is a lot. The place is filthy in the dining area and the food is placed on the plate by employees who act as though the cost of every piece is coming straight out of their own pockets. Portions are far and away the worst of any Panda Express I’ve visited. Awful

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Aishah for taking care of us! We came in to try the new spicy orange chicken and she was so welcoming and friendly! We had to wait for them to cook a fresh batch and she absolutely made sure we got everything in our order (While a few other staff members were just chatting to each other)! I appreciated her positive attitude and positive demeanor in serving us. Thank you!! Side note, we really loved the spicy orange chicken!

Curt & Dismissive Service warrants a curt and dismissive review. Initially, when opened ownership was extremely present in the business. That has since changed and it consistently shows in the most negative way. Service is poor, an understatement. Every time I try to support this location I’m reminded of the regret in making the choice to support the location, franchise brand and staff to prepare a meal for my family. The cook was slamming dishes around, the cashier was resistant to communicating while another staff member talked on a cell phone in a food prep area!
Beware and Cautious! I can’t anymore, the staff is subpar at best!

Won’t be going back. Store is brand new and already has 3 stars. Chicken was undercooked. I ordered fried rice and got chow mein. Got 2 forks for 4 meals. My wife’s chicken looked worse than a McDonald’s chicken patty. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at any panda.
