I ordered delivery. Half an hour later I get a phone call that they can’t deliver. There is only one employee in the store. Options are to void the order or come to pick it up. We opted to pick it up since it was later in the evening, and we had two hungry children. They never reimbursed me the $8 I paid for delivery, but told us they did upon pick up. Freaky fast delivery?…. how about freaking sad to charge for delivery when you can’t follow through. Crooks and liars.

This used to be the best location but now they seem to refuse to give you what you order and when they do its expired. Not sure what happened to the good employees but the girl today was extremely rude and when I went back to get nonexpired food she acted like I was the issue just like when I had to remind her of my drink when she was trying to shoo me away from the window. You can poison people this way I hope you know that

If the sub was an indication of a bew product, they failed miserably! Looked like a regular sub, the meat was all jammed together, the soft mozzarella was a thin slice of hard mozzarella, the lettuce was encased in the “pesto” sauce (not the same as commercial, lettuce/mayo combo) & all shoved into the back closed crack of the sub bun, which had been baked too long, tomato was smashed & miniscule. Sure didn’t look like the picture! Cross JJ’s off my list for good!

Came to this location. No other cars but mine. I have order 2 gargantuans unwhiches. 1 with no ham, Kristen then verified the order again. On the receipt, it also says no ham on one. Sure enough there is ham on both of them. It’s so messy to have to remove it yourself. I would have understood a little more had they been slammed but we were literally the only car there. I am not going to bother with this location anymore.

Me and my wife shows up at 8:30 pm to get a sub after work and the lady was outside smoking a cigarette then she walks in and locked the door we pulled on the door she just kept looking at me and online says open until 9pm closing up 30 minutes early is unacceptable I will be calling corporate on this

The cashier never said anything to me other than to say the total I owed. No “may I help you, what can I get you, or thank you”. This is the first and last time I will visit this location. I do not think it is that difficult to acknowledge appreciation to a customer for spending their money at your place of business.
