Take out only, was sprarsly busy right at 5. Prices are reasonable, service was prompt. Waited 11 minutes for 2 LG meals and a side of fried rice and wontons.

I ordered food from Great Wall in Baker, LA, and the entire order was incorrect. I was also charged for eggs that I did not order, and I was told I should have a receipt. I specifically ordered Butterfly Shrimp, but I received something completely different.
This was my third time eating here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I was very disappointed with the food, the accuracy of the order, and the overall service. In the future, I’ll choose to drive across town to Baton Rouge for a better experience.

Food definitely not worth the service. Not interested in spending my money on any place that don’t think it’s necessary to spend a little more time on how they treat people. My husband ordered large shrimp fried rice. He was given only two soy sauce, so he asked for more. The lady just stood there staring at him like she had an issue with the request, so he preceded to repeat himself. She gives him two more throwing it in his hands. When I talked to her about the exchange she acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying ing three time when I informed about not treat people that way. Finally she responded okay thank you not even remotely trying to apologize saying okay thank you to hurry off the phone. Take your money where you are appreciated. Do have that unwarranted treatment is sad, and we definitely won’t be returning.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered shrimp fried rice with added chicken, but they made sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the man working there had a very nasty attitude and told me, “We know what you ordered ,do you want it or not?” I was then told to leave.
I usually never have issues with this place, which made this experience even more surprising. Everyone makes mistakes, but the customer service and how the situation was handled were unacceptable.

Food is good as always, but the two boys behind the counter SUCK. they have the worst attitude and look so miserable. the lady that works in the back is very sweet though. i just got back to my office with my food and i have no way to eat this because they didn’t give me a fork. i should have to ask for a fork??? please do better, i love this place but that was just rude.

Decent food and decent pricing, you get alot of food for the price you pay. The service was quick and they package it well so you dont have to worry about your food falling out of the containers while you commute to your destination. If you are looking for a decent food place that does offer many food options you can pick the Grand Wall you cant go wrong.

Crowded place. The cashier was friendly. She had gloves on when taking people payment. The problem came in when she would use the same gloves to cook peoples order and I seen her touch the inside of the frying back with the same gloves she used to take customers payments. Then proceeded to put the chicken in the fryer and dropped it in the grease. She come back to the front to take more customers orders then go back to the kitchen and with the same gloves pull up the chicken in the frying basket and touched it with the same gloves, then dropped it back in grease and her mom in the back walked up and started cooking. Never seen her wash her hands. Like two minutes later, she pulls up the chicken in the fry basket and touches it with her bare hands before putting it back in the grease. The mom still had no gloves on. This is a very unsanitary place to eat, and I would not recommend it.
