Very upsetting to say the least , the taco , chimichanga plate says 17.99 , why were we charged over 23 dollars ? We finally figured out charged for the 2 small containers of salsa , they will not be seeing us again !

My visit here today was good, the lady cashier/person (No name tag)taking my order quickly got my order and had it ready fairly quick. The place looks nice but could use alittle attention here and there but still great place to visit. The restroom was clean and serviced, dining area looked nice, outside view was ok the cheap verticals kinda took from the Family traditions feel but other than that all really nice!

Very good Mexican food even though there are a lot of menu items I haven’t tried yet. Been coming here as part of my Mexican restaurant rotation in Lincoln and I have consistently stuck to my favorite dinner combos. Pictured is the chimichanga and taco dinner combo. I usually request a couple grilled jalapenos because that’s the way I roll! They are friendly and I appreciate it when they take extra pride in their plating (presentation). The meat and preparations are quality.

The food is great but what makes la villa memorable is the people who work there. The waiters/waitresses are always friendly and attentive. You never go long without food or a drink in front of you. They’re always checking making sure you’re taken care of and there’s a gentleman who you can tell takes pride in being there. The atmosphere is awesome as a regular or as a less frequent patron. You don’t often see staff taking time to connect with guests anymore when you eat and I think that’s what adds to the charm of this place. Definitely recommend!

Food was bland! Came before noon, was served hot beer and 83° inside! poor service as only 2 servers working and one cook in the back. If you like to sweat inside a restaurant and drink hot beer and have poor service this is your place to go. Very disappointed as past visits have been much better. Clearly management needs a wake up call

I feel like my co workers and I order here for lunch frequently and to be quite honest, only 1 time my order was correct. and that was when the tall señior was working. for some reason the add extra chips and salsa to my order and charge me for it without asking and I am not ok with that. The prices are way too high for everything to be completely wrong! 100% would not recommend and to be honest if my lunch was longer then 30minutes I would go back and get a refund!

I’ve been going to this restaurant for probably 20 years. It has great food and friendly service. I recommend it to anybody who is in the area. It’s a good place to go by yourself or with family or friends. I’ve probably had everything on the menu. But my favorite are the Chili Colorado for supper and Taco Salad with pickled jalapenos for lunch. And the Pic de Gallo is wonderful. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

This was a disappointment. The taco had very little meat – mostly lettuce and a little bit of cheese. The tamale was mostly masa. I could hardly notice any filling. In addition the tamale wasn’t heated up sufficiently. I would not recommend.
