Nice clean fast food place, looks fairly new outside and in.
Only saw 2 people working and ordering took a bit by someone not really skilled in the art of customer service. Looked like a manager but didn’t smile and was short on brief interaction.
Frisco burger was good and well cooked. Had a good taste and bread was perfectly toasted.
Fries were overcooked and not good. Ate a couple I could pick out, threw away the rest.
Barely can stand being inside building as there is no AC running, which is surprising considering it seems like a newer building. May be the root issue with staffing.
I hope it gets better but for now drive thru is probably a better choice and inspection of fries is recommended.

This is for 2nd shift. I never go during day time…lol. Since Kendall took over months ago & got rid of the employees who were destroying the reputation of this establishment–this restaurant is phenomenal! Always fast, fresh, & friendly. Please give this location another chance. I spent months complaining to & about previous management. Getting an order after 8pm had become impossible due to lazy incompetent employees. Not anymore!!
Aiden(sp?) has done an excellent job as Asst. Manager on nights & we are soooo glad to have a Hardees close to us that we can finally frequent AND a staff that actually cares to prepare our orders AT ALL & always correctly! I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this location. They rock!!

First and foremost, on my visit the morning of Saturday 11/29/2025 the food was very good. Hot, steak biscuit and bacon/egg/cheese biscut both had great taste, crispy potato rounds. Now that bad: Your restaurant was freezing cold inside (outside temperature was in the upper 20s). The HVAC system was on but it was blowing cold air. It was so cold I gave up and went outside to finish my food in my car with the heater running. Also the HVAC is too strong it was blowing items off the tables. Really awful environment to sit and eat, please fix the HVAC issue! Last thing was the service was very slow. It was obvious the staff wants to focus only on their drive-thru and DoorDash customers and not the walk-in customers at the front counter. They were very polite just where were they? Almost walked out and went somewhere else. THe “scan this code to place your order someone will be with you” is very impersonal, sends the message up front your service will be slow (and it certainly was). If I do return I will only use the drive-thru due to the unacceptable dining room temperature and inattentive staff with no one even watching the front counter.

Stopped in an hour before closing of the dining room. Although the worker was mopping floor and seemed tired (a long day? ?), she immediately stopped and took my order. Within 5 minutes I had FRESH HOT curly fries and a burger as only Hardees can make them!
A very satisfied customer, will return to this location, and NICE JOB LADIES!!!

Sandwich is worst seen for price. This is a $6 dollar sandwich. Times 2 we got. Hardest is one of the most highest priced fast food around and they really need to do better. To many choices.

So we’ve been through the drive-through here three times the third time the night and each time the girl taking our order and delivering our food is not nice at all. She doesn’t smile she doesn’t really say anything as she takes her order through the drive-through she sounds like she’s got a major attitude. I’m not sure why the food was good but the customer service definitely could use some improvement to spend the same person each time.

I stopped by Hardee’s again this morning. In the Drive-Thru and smoked sausage biscuit was on menu. I ordered two biscuits like before. They are amazing! The combination of flavor with the smoked sausage and the choice of biscuits that Hardee’s uses for this unimaginable breakfast sandwich is off the chart! I truly wish for everyone that goes through Hardee’s drive-thru can experience the explosion of the flavor combination this smoked sausage biscuit contains! I could go on, this smoked sausage biscuit I believe is bringing Hardee’s breakfast to a whole not level. You will not be disappointed when you try this breakfast sandwich. Make sure you have your seatbelt on, try to keep your hands on the wheel and stay on the road if you driving. Have an awesome day!

I originally had 5 stars… The food is great. However the service and attention to detail is way off. Hardee’s is not close to my home. There are 6+ fast food restaurants that serve breakfast closer. But I still drive out to you all for the food. I am in a hurry and for the morning breakfast you all are busy. I guess I will have to remember to check the bag for everything moving forward. My last 3 app purchases, 2 combo meals with 2 lemonades. The first 2 orders forgot the Tots, to late to drive all the way back. The last order I checked and the Tots were there but they tried to give me coffee instead of the Cherry lemonade I order. I was not rude or upset about the mistake I just asked for the lemonade please, I get a “Fine” and an eye roll. On the app I asked for hot sauce for the burrito all 3 times and have never gotten it. Like I said if your going to use the drive thru and the app you better check your entire order.

Loved every minute of the whole vibe there is amazing the staff is wonderful. The food was fresh and hot. The manager Nikk awesome the General manager Kendall wonderful and the cashier Aiden was awesome. They was so nice and friendly I meant to make the review a few days ago but had forgotten do so. My food was right hot and fresh and my order can be a little much at times but they was friendly and understanding helped me with my mobile app so that I can start earning my stars and they will be put to great use. It was clean even the restrooms. I will definitely be coming back here. Great job everyone loved it thanks for making my visit well worth it.

My first time at this particular Hardee’s. The lady working the register seemed drugged out or was extremely jittery. Every single person she gave change to she dropped it on the counter. Employees in the back were not much better from what I could see. The Gravy looked and tasted watered down. The Hashbrowns were dried out and hard. I won’t be back here.
