We visited this restaurant after my niece’s graduation. This store was located on a busy street and it appears every restaurant parking lot was packed.
My graduates decided they wanted Chili’s. That worked for us because we all like their food. Our party consisted of 9 people. We waited a reasonable amount of time before we were seated. The place was lively. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Our server had an upbeat demeanor despite the restaurant being super busy. That was a plus. She took our drink and appetizer orders and gave us some options when we wanted to make changes. We also ordered our main entree.
Let me tell you the kitchen staff was quick. As we were waiting and talking, our food started coming out. It was fresh and hot. We had no issue with our meals. Everything was good. Nice spot especially when handling large parties.

Me and my family went to Chili’s in Middletown, and we had an absolutely wonderful time from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and excited to enjoy our meal together. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe that set the tone for a really enjoyable visit.
Our server, Kiley, was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. She was kind, attentive, and very professional, always checking in on us at just the right times. Her positive energy, warm personality, and genuine care for her guests made our visit even more special and memorable.
The food was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything arrived fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly, with great presentation and amazing flavor. You could tell that care was put into every dish, and everyone at the table was extremely happy and satisfied with their meals.
Management was also excellent and played a big role in making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. There were no issues, no complaints, and everything flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that left us smiling, and we will definitely be back again soon to enjoy another great meal!

When we arrived, we noticed how busy it was and was a little nervous. We put in our drink orders and children’s order first , that came out so fast! Well, everything did!! Kitchen was on it!! Our appetizers were absolutely perfect. Our dinner was delicious!! Chilis never misses! Our server was so sweet, attentive, even with a full section. Bar was fast with drinks! Absolutely everything was ahhhhh-mazing!! I wish we had one in dover de!

It was a Chili’s kind of night. First time at this location … friendly crowd, our server was attentive and was always checking on us, and the servings were generous! My watermelon mojito was delish! We enjoyed our meal! We’ll go back to this location again!

Gem was such a good waiter. He was very friendly and attentive during our experience. We had to leave the Christiana location due to one of us not being over 18 and the Middletown location gladly took us in very swiftly and provided excellent service. Would definitely come back for another meal for sure! Thank you very much to our waiter !

We live coming here as a family! We come about once every 2 weeks or so. The old timer burger is my absolute favorite! Gotta sit in the booths also because sitting at a table makes u inferior and submissive to other diners and I look down at everyone sitting at tables ! The chips and salsa r also really good! We love it here

Very nice experience here on Saturday! They were very busy but still made us feel very welcomed. I believe our server was Gabrielle and she was very nice, welcoming, and apologetic about them being so busy, but we didn’t care! We were in no rush and she gave us plenty of time. Kudos to the bartender (possibly manager?), male, possibly in his 30s, he was going above and beyond to help not only his bar guests but other tables in the bar area as well. Food was also 10/10 as always!

I went out to Chili’s with a friend, and we tried the new Christmas themed drink . We also tried the mozzarella sticks. Both were good. We had a great waitress, she was full of energy, and that is always a plus. I would recommend the honey Chipotle crispers meal, but the Mac and cheese last night wasn’t the best. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back. I wish I could remember the waitress’ name, because she was really nice.

We were seated in the bar area on a busy Sunday night, & the bartenders were as attentive as they could be, totally understandable they were busy- he truly was doing his best. My issue falls with the fact someone tried to drop off someone else’s food to us three times. Then the food runner who brought out just my husband’s food said “YES OR NO” when I accidentally assumed it wasn’t ours but quickly corrected myself, realizing they just had his food and not mine. He had to wait anyway because they brought his fajita shells out with my food, why not just bring both together when it’s a TWO TOP?
As far as ambiance- the lights were all the way up and just unpleasant. This was our first visit to Chili’s, maybe thats how they always are & this is personal preference. I also ordered the street corn which I’ve gotten Togo & it was phenomenal- in house, not so much. That was odd to me. The bathrooms are also not the greatest. The food was decent, service was okay, but for $100 tab I have serious buyer remorse.
