Two weeks earlier I ordered a 6pc. whole chicken with honey garlic sauce and everything turned out great! The chicken pieces were a breast, thigh, drumsticks, and wings that tasted great and easy to digest. 1/30/26, I ordered a 6pc. whole chicken with Galbi sauce. This time the chicken pieces were (2) parts of the back, (2) pieces of small boneless strips of something that was tough, (1) wing, and a drumstick and all of the meat was old and tough!
I called the restaurant this afternoon told the employee my complaint, her response was we don’t give credit or refunds.
Is this the way you are going to handle customer complaints?
I thought this was going to be my favorite spot for fried crispy chicken and wings but I will not spend my money where I am not valued as a customer!

Got the bone in spicy galbi 8 piece. I can normally scarf down a 15 piece at a wing stop or bww but not here. The wings are thick, double fried and very filling. 6-8 wings with a side and drink would be more than enough for any adult. Service is fine. The girls working the counter on both of my visits were disinterested at best. I’m obsessed with the food though so I let it slide. Parking was reasonable and the atmosphere was blah but once again focus on the food.

My daughter and I started coming here faithfully a few months ago because we love the honey garlic wings and waffle fries, although pricey. We typically get it to go and have had a good experience until about a week ago. When I got in the car and opened the fries, we immediately realized they were extremely overcooked, slightly burned. I went back inside and they offered to remake them which caused another long wait to which my wings got cold. I figured they’d be better but when we got home, they were exactly the same which has never been our experience from previous orders.
I called to let the girl know that they were still not edible and asked if I could get a $7 credit for my next order. She said she could only give 15% because they already remade them once. I told her, they did not make me whole by giving me another batch that we couldn’t eat and asked to speak with the manager. She took my info down and said the manager Kim would be in on Monday and Wednesday morning. I have not received a returned call to rectify the situation.
Another agitation was them changing the wing count from 9 to 8 without a price reduction. I’ve been a loyal customer, referring my friends and expected better customer service. Hopefully I hear from the manager soon.

A friend said this place has halal Korean fired chicken. I love fried chicken so got excited. Call the restaurant and they confirmed the chicken is halal but you have to tell them when ordering (they keep the halal chicken separated). Ordered 3 different orders of wings for takeout today and it was nice and crispy. The best flavor for me was honey garlic. I will be ordering again. Thanks to the owner for giving us halal option!!

Spicy original and honey garlic. The honey garlic was great. The spicy original just had the taste of salt, I honestly don’t think they seasoned it. I told them that there was literally no spice flavor to it and the employee said that’s how it is. The spicy original apparently is not spicy is what he said. Then he offered us a spicy sauce, but charged $3 for it. This improved the taste for sure. We also had kimchi fried rice which was basic and wasn’t fresh at all. All in all we paid $80 for very average food. Stick to honey garlic wings and you will be happy.

Tried bb.q Chicken near Wylie and overall it was a solid experience. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, which is exactly what you want with Korean fried chicken. We ordered the honey garlic and spicy flavors, and both were packed with flavor without being greasy. The sauces really set this place apart from regular wing spots.

I got the spicy original and honey garlic bone in wings. They weren’t bad but they weren’t great. The chicken meat inside wasn’t dry so I’m happy with that, it was juicy and cooked just right.
However the honey garlic could use more sauce and the spicy original wasn’t spicy at all (I’m sensitive to spicyness and this wasn’t spicy). Also the pickled radish tasted off, like it wasn’t soaked in enough vinegar.
I’m still willing to come back here since it’s closer but I hope that since it’s new, they’re still working on making it taste better!

my twins and I are fans of this place , we usually get the bonless wings , have had the golden fried, cheesling, spicy honey garlic, and Galbi boneless wings, and have never been dissapointed sweet raddish and fries are great as well, will always reccomend this place

I got delivery so I cannot comment on atmosphere. Food was really REALLY good. In most places, wings are a fairly disappointing after thought. Tho place, though, really has the absolute best wings. Expensive. Spectacular. Will be ordering again soon.
