First off… The employees are ALWAYS rude. The food is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it isn’t, so they are inconsistent. Want to use the “fast lane?” Don’t bother. You’ll sit there for at least 5 min before someone finally comes and helps you. Even though multiple employees literally look at you sitting there waiting.
Now for today’s story; the reason I’m writing this review. I placed an order to be pick up in the “chipotlane” or whatever they call it. Drive by the front of the store where you can see ALL of the inside, so that we can get to the lane. All the employees are gathered in a circle talking and no customers. Ok whatever we don’t care, that just means we’ll get our food quick. NOPE. Sat there for almost 5 minutes, literally watching them point at the window and look as if they were arguing as to who was going to help us. They all then went where you couldn’t see then through the window…. I waited another minute and then honked. Finally someone came up and asked the name. Gave me my food (the bottom of the bag was a little wet on the corner but we thought it was just water or something. Nothing major) and we finally left. WELL. Get home, pick up the bag, sour cream comes POURING out that corner that was wet. I hurry and set the bag down open it up, and the side of sour creams lid was off. They had the large guacamole on top of it (I moved it before taking the photo) so I don’t know if that’s what caused it to come off or what. But there was sour cream EVERYWHERE and the lid to the guacamole was coming off and starting to ooze off.
This is our last time coming to the location. Their unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful employees are one thing, but then the inconsistency for expensive food isn’t worth it. I don’t want to pay that much for dog food.

I placed an online order for pick up in the drive-thru and after waiting over an hour in the drive-thru, I received a soggy bottom bag. Once I finally got home, I opened the bowl to find that the steak in my bowl was just a big chunk of uncut fat. Pictured below. Tried reaching out, but have heard nothing back from them, so that is why I am writing this review.

My experience was great! I ordered a big work lunch for 20+ people for the company I work for and the staff worked fast to get my ordered fulfilled while I waited. Took all of 20 or 30 minutes. Shoutout to Renee and Lynn specifically for the awesome job they did as staff members to help get my order ready in time for our big lunch! Big thank you to the whole staff in general. They treated me kindly and fulfilled my needs. Big W for this team.

I had an exceptional experience at the Chipotle in Pleasant Grove thanks to Sasha, David, and Julian. They went above and beyond to honor my special requests for my salad, and without even being asked, they carried my food to the table for me. Their service was truly thoughtful and extraordinary.
I’ve visited this location in the past and haven’t always been as pleased with the service, which made this experience stand out even more. Sasha and David did an amazing job and completely changed my impression. Excellent customer service, thank you both!

I just picked up my first order from this location, and they didn’t put the fresh salsa or corn salsa on my order. It is dry and tastes horrible. First and last order at this place. Super frustrating!

Ordered ahead on the app. Left my office after the app stated my food was ready for pickup. Got inside, waited 3 minutes before the cashier acknowledged me being there, even though she had time in between others paying for their orders. told her i was here for my pick up order, (which was already made). She tells the 2 in the back that i’m here for it. They don’t check the shelf and let her know they’re “working on it”. i wait 10 more minutes and ask again what the status of my food is. The cashier grabs a bag off the shelf and hands it to me. I drive back to my office (down the road thankfully). open my bag, and it’s not even my order. she gave me a DoorDash order for a “Michelle”. My fault for not checking of course. I take the food back and let her know it’s not my order. So they remake my food fresh (only positive outcome). I ended up waiting 30 minutes for food that was “ready for pickup”. when i left my office. Their cashier’s must be blind because every time i’ve come to this location (about 8 times in the last 5 months), the cashier never asks what i’m there for. I literally have to flag them down as if i wasn’t standing there prior.

My first impression walking in was wow they are understaffed but that did not affect them at all the lady working the food bar thingy was super kind funny and helpful she made some good conversations and we had a good talk we got our food and sat down the portions were more than enough and i had to take left overs this rarely happens at chipotle so this is a dub there the places was very clean including the bathrooms. I highly recommend this dinner place as it was very good

This chipotle gets my order wrong almost every single time. I order a kids meal for my child and it’s always missing something (rice, beans, drink) they have even forgotten to put cheese in a quesadilla. Or completely forgotten to cook the quesadilla. I’ve never had more problems with quality than this. Ive loved chipotle for years but it has gotten out of hand

5 employees and the service was sad and it was dirty as far as floors and counters and tables. I saw a man stand in front to be helped for 10 minutes and that’s not an exaggeration. We waited to be helped for 5 and it was not busy they just did not prioritize the customers. We had to wait for 10 minutes for chicken to be cooked because someone lacked communication that they were out to who ever was cooking.

I love chipotle, but this last time I went to this location I waited for 30 minutes in the chipotlane line. This should never happen because everyone in lines food should be done already. My food ended up not feeling fresh because it had been waiting on a shelf for half an hour. Processes need to change so they can move people through this drive up line faster. Honestly it’s ridiculous.
