Beware!! They COOKED this fly into my pizza, and then when I called for a replacement whoever, the manager apologized and then sent another one out, with just cheese after pulling up my order to say there was pepperoni under the cheese because they had obviously reused an older pizza that didn’t get picked up and sprinkled with cheese? So you half way made me pizza, it’s an obviously old pizza very evident and then told me I had to bring the WHOLE order to get a refund after an hour of waiting for the correct order and I obviously ate the appetizers that I ordered already. Will be contacting their corporate office, wanted everyone to know how filthy the attitude and the food was after I had been very patient and kind even though I am pregnant and could’ve gotten sick because of the bug in my food. Don’t recommend, sad because I was a loyal customer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This store could single handedly run papa johns name into the ground. They don’t get anything right, EVER, and good luck trying to get a manager on the phone. The people they hire act like idiots and give u false information, lie to you, and will hang up in your face. All the good mgrs are run out and the team that is there is TRASH. This store should be shut down its a stain on papa johns name. Nothing good comes out of this place. Should not have to tell then to literally cook chicken all the way through, or the pizza.both came Raw and inedible. What the hell is going on over there. This eatery has a chicken pizza with veggies that I ordered, and I had a great experience. My hopes were exceeded by the pizza’s combination of tasty, fresh vegetables and succulent chicken. The exceptional customer service, however, was what really jumped out. My item was delivered on time and with accuracy thanks to the polite and attentive service. I had a delicious pizza today all in all.

I will never be coming again I not only got sick off this undercooked chicken but when I asked for the next batch they were cooked yes. But there was barely any sauce on top of that my pizza was incorrect and was missing pepperoni when it also said it on the paper for the order ♂️ I understand if your busy but now I have to call off if work because of this bullshit if I were anyone save your damn money and go somewhere else

First off got a pizza and the dough is raw. Called and just asked for a new pizza. Called several times after not receiving a pizza in an hour and a half. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and staff refused to tell me why I still have not received my pizza. Then I told they have 1 driver at the store. This is stated as a retired military owned store, as a retired military service member this is unacceptable. If it was the weekend maybe I would understand but this was a Tuesday night. Unacceptable worst service

Extremely Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning
I recently ordered a large “Your Way” pizza from the Papa John’s location in Aberdeen, and it was a complete letdown. The pizza arrived cold, undercooked, and completely inedible. It was clear that very little care went into preparing this order.
To make matters worse, I called the store to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution, but the staff refused to let me speak with a manager. The dismissive attitude was just as frustrating as the quality of the food.
As someone who has enjoyed Papa John’s in the past, I’m incredibly disappointed by this experience. I will not be ordering from this location again and suggest others think twice before doing so.

Got my order in a reasonable time, and the driver was nice, as well as the pizza and cheesy bread being good! However, I didn’t get extra dipping sauce that I ordered! Pettie? Maybe, but when I order and pay for something, I expect to get it! Also ordered the new boneless buffalo wings but what I got was some kind of chicken bites with buffalo sauce drizzled over parts of them (not even 1 of the 10 that they give was completely covered by the sauce!) Don’t know if I accidentally got some other type of chicken side or if this is what they are trying to pass off as boneless Buffalo wings! Which if that’s the case its highly disapointing! Finally, and about to get petty again, but I don’t appreciate a tip being automatically added at checkout! The final price in the cart should be the same as the final price in checkout! Then I’ll add my own tip depending on the driver, as I did with this order!

I stopped patronizing this location a year ago after several bad experiences with nasty staff and incompetent manager who told me my request for extra light cheese was too much on a busy night.
I’ve ordered twice in the past week, and it was fabulous both times. Today, both driver and whoever current manager is sent out and delivered a 10/10 experience.
Looks like things are way better.

Started off a aboslutely deplorable experience. But Mr. Sebastian the manager recovered the entire situation and sent back out the most PERFECT replacement ever. So no complaints.
