Placed an online order specifically for stuffed crust, picked it up, went to my friend’s house, and opened the box to find a thin crust instead. Yes, that part is on me for not checking before leaving I own that.
What isn’t okay is what happened after.
I called the store to let them know, and instead of trying to resolve it, I was argued with. After going back and forth, I finally spoke to a female manager who was extremely rude and actually yelled at me. I don’t know how someone who speaks to customers like that works in the customer service industry, let alone as a manager.
Mistakes happen. How you handle them matters and this was handled terribly. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
If you want better reviews and repeat customers maybe hire different staff or at least replace that female “manager.”

Terrible service from the store manager and another employee. I used to shop there often, but I’ll stop because they treated me rudely, and all because I didn’t want to take a picture of my order when they had never asked me for it before. They should change the staff.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!! This staff is soooo rude to the point it makes my blood boil. My husband was just trying to pick up an order this evening for a customer and this loud and disgusting talking girls (especially the manager) had the AUDACITY to argue by yelling over taking some stupid picture or she wouldn’t hand over the order for a customer that ALREADY paid and expected that order at a certain time. My husband was just following prompt in the app that asks for NO PICTURE whatsoever. Even the customer was truly upset over this matter. I swear I almost called the cops for her hostile behavior!!!!! That is not customer service!!!!!!

Location good, food always fresh and hot. Only downside, manager delivered to me once and I was paying cash. I had 2 $20’s and total was $23 I believe. I asked for $5 back and he said he didn’t have it. So I let him take the pizza back and did another order. Now all my boxes say credit card payment only for delivery

Requested the worker (Victor) to wash his before making my pizza due to me being allergic to meat.
He washed it and made my pizza.

Worst pizza that I remember delivered in 25 years. Dough bubbles on every slice but one. I’m shocked a manager would let it leave to be delivered. More than likely my last time ordering from you. Tried calling immediately but placed on hold for 4? minutes so hung up. Tried again 20-30 minutes later….no answer after 9 rings. I’m shocked that this store is that busy to not answer calls and deliver pizza full of bubbles. Guess I need to contact a higher up? Definitely should be compensated the pizza price or delivery fees. I have never complained about a pizza before….or any food I’ve ordered but it was warranted when almost every slice is bubbled.

While staying at Great Wolf Lodge I was a little hesitant about ordering here given some of the recent reviews, however, my experience was great! We ordered 4 carry out specials and our pizzas were perfectly cooked and exactly how we ordered them and DELICIOUS. We’re the weird ones that order pizzas with no cheese, so when one of our 4 pizzas that we ordered was a cheese pizza with no cheese, the staff called to make sure we hadn’t made a mistake. Hope this helps someone

I rate this place a 0. Ordered pizza for a 6 year old birthday party at the Great Wolf Lodge. In the special delivery instructions, requested that pizza be delivered to the room. Pizza was not delivered to the room, so called to find out why, when told by very rude and unprofessional manager by the name of Renae, that driver already attempted delivery and would not be refunding the money and would have driver redeliver but can’t help if the pizza would be cold. Who does this? This is unacceptable and she needs to be fired!! I will be calling the owner in the morning as well as the franchise owner. She is making Papa John’s look horrible. Definitely needs to look for another job where she is not dealing with food or the public!!!
