Started in 2012, Brickfire Pizza was a small pizza ahop in Osceola, WI. Moving to Clear Lake WI in 2017, Brickfire Pizza became a full service restaurant complete with bar and banquet room. After the 2020 Covid pandemic, we closed up shop and now we are a full pizza shop on wheels! Specializing in New York Style Hand Tossed Pies! We love to do Weddings, Graduations, Private Parties, Events Etc.

I’m beyond ecstatic to finally find amazingly delicious pizza! We happened to try Brickfire Pizza today from their pizza bus in St Croix Falls. After having a slice of cheese and pepperoni, my husband and I ordered a whole pie. We tried the featured pizza; it had pepperoni, burrata, fresh basil, hot honey and pepperdew. It was one of the best pizzas I ever had. If you had Wrecktangle Pizza out of Mpls, you will NOT be disappointed at Brickfire Pizza! I would rank it just a couple points above Wrecktangle because I like the thinner crust. The service was also very friendly. 11 out of 10 today!

Pizza has fresh, high quality ingredients and the crust is great! Excellent. My husband and I went there for Friday date night. The indoor seating is nothing to write home about. It’s pretty utilitarian than the romantic atmosphere we were hoping for. Luckily it was a nice night to eat at the picnic tables on the street. We both choose to sit facing the beautiful garden courtyard. It was great to see the younger kids help out. Everyone was wearing branded shirts and put on clean gloves. The owner, Dominic, came over and spoke with us which we enjoyed. We will be back, tell our friends, and will even order online next time!

We ordered three large pep pizzas from the store in Clear Lake. There was a technology mix-up with the online order so we ended up going to the store to confirm it went through and it all worked out. They really provide great service at Brickfire and everyone really enjoyed the pizzas. The crust is a really nice balance between thin and thick, chewy and crunchy, they use the smaller diameter pepperoni and it has good flavor and the sauce is very good. We’ll be ordering again!
