Service wasnt bad, but the food was awful. All the vegetables looked old and disgusting. The onion slices were massive, which made the whole sub gross. On top of that, the restaurant itself feels gross. The bathroom had old un flushed urine in the urinal. Overall the worst subway experience and don’t recommend anyone to spend their money here…

Today the service was horrible. Had to get off to order because the drive thru is impossible to go through with a 2500 Truck. For one you have to order through touch screen, and the screen is super low. Two, to even press the button from a vehicle like a truck, you would have to open the door and half way get off. So it’s pointless to even try to go through the drive thru if in a larger vehicle. Once inside, out of two employees, only one was servicing customers. The other was just standing there, and I do mean just standing. Location is horrible, it is toward the back of the property, in the middle of everything, so you will have to maneuver around. Overall, will not be returning.

Literally after a long Night Shift of construction only thing desirable is a sub, drive thru really sucks said they didn’t have any subs I tried ordering another item at least chips and a soda and they rejected me, I was 17 min before closing time enough to prepare any sub ( I used to work in a sub way) it was the rejected way I felt and how disrespectful a person can be to costumers !! I Highly recommend not to go to this location.

I really think the owner should take a look at the customer service his location is giving. I’m looking at all the reviews and they don’t look very good. We’ve always had some sort of problem at this location, but nothing too crazy. We just go to it because it’s the closest to us and we like the “specials”. Well, let me just tell you that this location has the worst customer service!! They are very rude and don’t know how customer service works. If you want the sandwich the way you want, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you want good customer service, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you want to get the “Specials Subway advertises and the posters this location has up,” DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They said it’s just subways advertising, not theirs. I’m confused, because they are a Subway. What a joke!! Manager’s name is Jaylen Alvarez. Take it from me, don’t waste your time there. It will just piss you off.

Ordered through the subway app for delivery and my whole order was messed up. Wrong chips and none of the sandwiches ordered were toasted. They were very thin sandwiches not worth the price if that’s the new look. Called and they said they couldn’t help me

Went through the drive thru, and there was no answer. I figured there might be some technical issues with the PA system, so I pulled up to the window. Keep in mind, there is no one else waiting in line or any customers in the store, only employees moving back and forth inside. I wait for 5-10 minutes and no one answers, so I honk lightly to get their attention. An employee looks directly at the drive thru window and continues on his way. Odd experience, to say the least.

Visited on a Thursday at noon. This location has limited parking and the handicap accessible parking spots are not clearly labeled; we immediately moved our vehicle once I noticed the almost invisible label on the pavement. This would be non compliant with ADA regulations IMO. Once inside, there were two people in line. The employees were very helpful and quick to make the sandwiches for all our orders. I appreciate that because I was on my lunch break. After I sat down, the crowd arrived. Lucky for me. Overall I do recommend you visit this establishment for the food.

Everytime I go they never have any cheddar broccoli soup. I’ve gone a handful of times in the past 6 months and they never seem to have any available. I would hate to drive to a further location knowing this is one is closer
