Not what I remember from the Fox’s we’ve been to in the past. Literally watched an employee tossing a spatula up in the air, catching it each time except the last time. It fell, he picked it up and used to to pull a pizza out of the oven. Thank God it was after we got our food but still makes you wonder. It overall was just so expensive and the quality was not good. The pizza was hardly cooked and the wings were overcooked. A coworker and I split wings and a medium pizza and it was almost $40. Kinda ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend even if it is one of the only options in this town. The place was clean looking and spacious but that was the only real positive

Talk about terrible service and bad business! I’ve ordered from Fox’s like once a month for the past several years, but after what happened Saturday night, NEVER again!
I’ve had issues almost every time I’ve ordered from Fox’s, but Saturday was the breaking point for me.
I ordered a pizza and a salad at 5 pm. At 6:15, I still didn’t receive my food yet, so I called back and asked for the status. The kid said the delivery driver was on his way.
Finally, at 7, (45 mins later), the driver showed up to my house. As soon as I opened the door, he began to apologize. He said he was the only delivery driver working tonight. On a Saturday night?! Then he gave me my pizza and was getting ready to walk away, and I said, where’s my salad? He said… oh, you ordered a salad too? I said, yeah! It’s right there on my receipt. He said they didn’t put that in with your order (even though I paid for it per the receipt).
So, my food was 2 hours late, and when it finally arrived, one item from my order was missing.… awesome! Long story short, he goes back and gets my salad and brings it back. The delay and fumbling of my order wasn’t entirely his fault, so I didn’t give him too much of a hard time.
It was after I closed the door though and began eating my food that certain things dawned on me. For example… if he were the only driver working, why wouldn’t they have told me that when I called in to place my order, and explained that as a result, there might be a delay? I could only think of two reasons why:
A) the girl who answered the phone didn’t have the decency or common sense to say anything, or
B) they didn’t tell me intentionally because they knew if they told me (and everyone else), they would lose a tremendous amount of business.
Needless to say, neither option is real commendable. To make matters worse, did the supervisor on duty call me to apologize for the 2 hour delay or for forgetting my salad? Nope! Not a word!!
So, the next time you don’t feel like cooking and are considering takeout or delivery, give your business to someone who will actually appreciate it—unlike the people running Fox’s!
All they hire are young kids who exhibit a complete lack of interest in being there, let alone providing good service and taking pride in their work, so I shouldn’t be surprised! As I mentioned above, every time I call in there, I have to deal with some sort of nonsense! Enough is enough!!
And don’t even get me started on their prices! Outrageous!! Technology fee (to use a debit/credit card, delivery fee, etc.). And that’s not even including the price of the food, a tip, etc. For a medium pizza and a salad my bill was $36! Go somewhere else, trust me!!

Terrible experience with Fox. The customer service was awful, and the food quality was subpar. The sub I received was lacking meat, and when I tried to address the issue, the manager was rude and refused to give me a refund, insisting I take another sub. I didn’t want another sub from this company after the poor quality, so I tried calling corporate, but received no response. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they got no reply either. Very disappointed with the lack of customer care and poor product quality

I’d give them zero stars if google would let me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt during my family’s first experience there when they served me frozen food. But this time we watched them mess up not only our order but another lady had to come back because they gave her a completely wrong sub. When we asked for the fries we ordered a young boy said yeah sorry about that. I’ll get them for ya. Then a mean red haired lady came over and was very unpleasant because the young boy never rang up our fries. We ordered them clear as day so that was not our problem. Instead of her offering to fix his mistake she treated us like we created this problem then walked away rolling her eyes. The customers who arrived before my family placed a to go order much small than ours. We received our order before them so they had to go to the counter and ask where their food was. The employees had put it on the oven and never bothered to give it to them. We will no longer dine in or order out from this establishment unless they under go major changes.

I’m not sure what goes on in this place or what happens to the people who work here if they have a bad day or not… But when receiving a call to place an order pick up or delivery y’all should be more nicer speak politely to people don’t be rude when some one is placing a dam order treat people how you want to be treated. Or if you having a bad day don’t come into work easy boss or manager should keep an eye and ear out for this type of actitud bring bad presentations to the place

Never was much of a fan of the pizza, but I will say that the Wedgies are very good and Fox’s Pizza Den is the only delivery joint in Juniata County. I will also say that the family which has served as the restaurant owners from its opening many years ago are absolutely great people

The food is good but the people are rude. The general manager doesn’t care at all when they mess an order up, they would rather ban people then fix their own mess ups. Delivery is okay as long as you have an hour an a half to wait because even when they aren’t busy they are still incredibly slow. The owner doesn’t care about the business at all and it shows throughout all of their employees. They don’t know how to anwser their phone without some sorta nasty attitude and the place when you go in always looks dirty and unorganized.

Second time we have visited and every time our order is wrong, this time when we ordered, they failed to record the order of wedge fries, when our food came out, I asked if I was still getting my wedge fries I ordered, ten minutes later a red haired female came out and asked if we still wanted the fries, I stated yes I ordered them and she informed me that I did not.(it was the second item I ordered) she stated that we would need to pay for the fries, now remember this is ten minutes after our order was brought out to us she asked if we wanted it. She stated again that it wasn’t ordered and we informed her we didn’t want it at this point and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Horrible attitude by her, and poor work ethics but the other employees. And get this as we were in there, they forgot the order of the people who ordered before us and right when we were leaving, another woman came back in who was given the wrong order!! We will never be returning there again and I advise you that if you want your food and want it right, don’t go there either.

We are visiting the area and had Fox’s Pizza recommended to us. We ordered the Big Daddy pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was a perfect blend of crispy and chewy. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.
