Haven’t had this for 4 years at this location. But unlike that last time at least we got what you call food. Fry’s where cold and stuff was over all a disappointment. Let’s see if 4 years from now things will change. Doubt

Wife ordered a munchie meal for me. It didn’t come with curly fries because they’re out supposedly. The burger was overdone and dry. It was the worst thing I’ve eaten in a long time…. They knew the patties were old and dry to the point they smothered it in mustard. There was no lettuce, onion or tomato…. Not sure what she ordered but pretty sure a burger comes with LTO. Only decent part of the meal was the semi warm taco…. Coke tasted like it was mixed with sprite or had lemon flavoring. My wife’s food was fine. Chicken tenders were good she said.

I am in the food industry so I am not unaware of how when a business closes at a certain time then thats it. However, when I am simply trying to get a ‘quick’ takeout order at 9:53 & the signage says 10pm then I should be able to get said ‘quick’ order and go. Not so at this place. Here’s the irony, its not like the employees are leaving at 10pm, the drive-thru is 24 hrs, so either the staff is too incompetent to be able to tell time or they really want to hurt their business’ bottom line as I will never eat at this location….. EVER!.

In general Love Jack-in-the-Box but the customer service at this location is horrible even through the drive-through. The young lady at the window and I’m pretty sure she’s a manager because the young man said it was his first day, repeated my order back to me even asked me did I want the Garlic butter on my burger, but didn’t put cheese on it. When I informed her that there was no cheese on it, she tried to wrap up a piece and hand to me through the window. I’m pretty sure rolling your eyes isn’t appropriate for being a manager in any establishment but what do I know? The young man came out and apologized with a smile while giving me my order. You need to look at him for management. If you don’t like your job honey, get a new one.

I have already reached out to JITB corporate office about this and I am awaiting a response, but guys honestly do NOT come here until they change the manager. Honestly, just look through the reviews they all say the same thing and honestly I wish I would have read the before trying to go to the one that was closest to me to save a few miles because I would have rather spent the gas to at least have been treated with some sort of respect and not harassed or been withheld my food that I already paid for from me. I really tried to keep it together because when I was ordering someone else at the window was going at it with her. Marla or I’m not sure what her name is but I will get it is the worst—I feel so bad for her employees because if this is how she treats PAYING customers how must she treat the people she can actually run? She kept telling me how it’s my fault EVEN WHEN HER EMPLOYEE SAID IT WAS HER MISTAKE. How I need to check the screen, how I need to order exactly what was on the coupon I provided even when I did, how fine I ordered what was on the coupon but I didn’t check the screen…and then telling me she was going to give me a refund when I clearly told her I didn’t ask for that I please give me my food that was right next to her….I mean if you want to get tested like absolute garbage this is the place as long as that manager is there. I urge you to NOT come to this location until they do something about this because I’m not the only one having problems and as a business manager I know that if there is this many problems with one of my employees they gotta go. She is bad for business and just an extremely rude human being.

Honestly not the best. I’ve gone to other jacks and the service is far better. Here the girls didn’t even come to the counter. They just expect people to order using the sell kiosk. Overall impression was lazy and slow.

I visit here often and they always have a friendly face. I usually order off the app before I show up unfortunately 90% of the time they pull you to the front to wait for your food but that’s OK. I bring it out to you as long as I don’t have to get out and go in I’m fine.
