As good as the food is here I have to give this a 4 star. The wait times here are still insane even on a 2:00 on a random Saturday. We waited about 20 minutes for not much food and then waited another 10 minutes after it said our food was ready on the screen. I don’t mind waiting a bit but they have to do something about wait times. On the other hand, I love that they tell you to leave your trash where it is! Although it feels weird to not throw your trash away, it’s a very nice thing to have! Overall I would still recommend this place but be ready to order ahead, as long as the app is working.

Placed an online order, 1/2 our meal arrived more than an hour later and we received 1/2 of someone else’s food. We called and explained the situation, got passed between 3 different people. Asked for the rest of our food and refund and they said we couldn’t have both. Poor customer service and mediocre cold wings and fries. Sorry, Natalie T. We ended up with your boneless wings and 3x ranch.

As bad as a lot of the reviews are on here, I have had nothing but good experiences here. My meal is always ready on time and everything is always correct. Chicken is cooked great. Garlic parmesan and Louisiana Rub are my two favorites. Cheese fries are great too.

I wish I could give this place a 5 star because the food is just that good but it’s hard to look past the wait times sometimes. It’s not always bad but when it is you could be waiting up to an hour on even small orders. Overall I would recommend it to anyone but try to come during down hours.

Went to Wingstop tonight around 6PM for dinner. Walked in and noticed about 7 or 8 people standing or sitting with no food. The girl at the counter asked us if we had an online order, we said no. She then said are you wanting to place an order and we said yes. Then proceeded to tell us they aren’t taking walk in orders at this time because they are too busy. Why have a dine in restaurant if you’re not able to support customers who wish to dine in? Super disappointed because the last time we ate there the wings were good but with service like that, its likely they won’t be open in Joplin very long.

Wish I could give no stars. I ordered my food a little after 6 pm and the website said it would be ready around 645. I got there at 630 and waited, went in at 640 and was told my name would be called when ready. I didn’t receive my food until a little after 7pm. The lady up front advises me the drink machine is down, and they are offering bottles of water in place of my 32 oz soda that I paid extra for. I told her I would like to just be refunded for the drink, to which she explained they were too busy for the manager to come refund me, and to give her my phone number so her manager could call me later to do the refund for the drink. I provided my number then I took my food and I drove home (which I live 25 minutes away from the store). When I arrived home and got the food out, I realized it had nothing on it, it was just plain wings and plain fries. I had ordered hot honey rub wings and seasoned fries. There was NO seasoning on the food whatsoever. I called at 734 pm to advise them my order was not correct, and as you can see from my screenshot, I was on hold with them for almost 30 minutes, before I decided to hang up and try to call again, which I was hung up on the first time and the second time a lady answered. I explained the situation and about how long I had been on hold, and she asked if I wanted a refund, a credit or a remake. I told her I would prefer a remake but I was upset I had to drive out of my way again and that I lived 25 minutes away and I didn’t want to wait there for over 30 minutes again. She assured me it would be ready by the time I got there. I drove back into town to pick up my remade food and arrived around 835. I was greeted by the same lady that gave me my food the first time. She told me the manager wanted to talk to me. He told me his name was “SJ”. He would not advise me of the ladies name. He argued with me for almost 20 minutes about how it was over 2 hours ago that I had placed my order and that he was absolutely not refunding me, crediting me, or remaking my order. After arguing another 5 or so minutes, he said he would provide me a discount for A WHOLE OTHER meal. I had to pay another 8$ on top of the 15$ I paid 2 hours prior, for my remake order. I also was never refunded for not receiving my drink in the original order, but was charged for another drink in the new order. This policy makes no sense and it’s ruined wingstop for me. The wings and fries were fine. The man who took our order was polite and professional.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was loud, rowdy, and extremely crude. During the time I waited for my meal I heard several curse words at full volume and possibly even a racial slur. This is unacceptable and I cannot recommend giving this establishment any business.

I stopped in to try a chicken sandwich and was not impressed. The chicken patty looks like one of the frozen chicken patties you get from your local grocery store. I tried it with a side of the honey hot sauce and was disappointed as the sauce was very grainy. The texture felt as if sugar granules were mixed in. I don’t recommend the chicken sandwich. I may have to see if they do better on their wings, but not in a rush to go back. The parking is terrible at this location as there is not enough parking and a lot of traffic due to the local businesses. The young man that served me was very friendly and helpful and was the lone bright spot during my visit!
