It was a pleasant surprise to see that this restaurant has moved down a couple buildings with a new fresh look. The place was clean and organized. The woman behind the counter provided exceptional service and explained the new building and different offerings that they had from other Subways. She was chipper. I hope that she doesn’t change because it was refreshing. The food industry is a tough place for employees who work with customers. Great to see employees happy and helpful.

This Subway takes the cake, very well maintained. Excellent staff ( well the staff I encountered. ). Lots of space to dine-in comfortably, also changing stations along mini bar table. Love this store, Thank You for making Subway a pleasure to enjoy once more. As a Trucker I see many subways and experience my fair share of individuals..

Won’t accommodate vegetarian needs. All the marinara sauce has meatballs soaked in it all day and when asked to get a fresh bag from the back the clerks and managers refused to do their job. It’s okay, I didn’t really want to spend $15 on a sandwich anyway.

Stopped in the drive thru yesterday. Waited 4-5 minutes and no one came to the window. Stopped in again today and waited 9 minutes for two sliders to get made. It was not busy nor was it understaffed. They also tried charging me twice for my meal. I will never stop at this location ever again.

Gave me an entirely different sandwich than I asked for in the drive thru. Got chicken and bacon that I didn’t ask for, didn’t get my lettuce, jalepenos or Mayo like I asked. Worker gave me my drink covered in another. Didn’t know making a sandwich needs step by step directions

This is for the Subway in Fort Atkinson, Janesville Ave. business. I would suggest getting rid of that kiosk or what ever it is called outside their store. It does not work and I ended up getting what I did not want. The touch screen is so in accurate and suggest they get rid of it so other people dont get the same headache of getting what they did not want cause of the screw up electronic thing.
