Nice restaurant with an upbeat atmosphere, very convenient to the hotels, and prices seem reasonable. I’ve eaten here three times total over the last several months and can only speak for the margherita pizza (which is delicious). The staff is always very friendly and helpful, though service can be slow. The only negative I can say is that they burnt my pizza on 2/3 times I ate here. They offered to replace it the first time and gave me a free desert the second time, but it doesn’t seem like an uncommon problem based on how others were coming out. It didn’t bother me all that much as I just ate around the burnt parts, but perhaps their oven temp needs to be adjusted.

Fast food – pizza oven – truly gluten free options, safe for celiac. When you mention gluten free, they’ll ask if it’s dietary or allergy. If you indicate allergy, they’ll make your pie in a separate kitchen. There’s nothing like having peace of mind knowing that the grandfather of my children can feel confident having dinner with us at this place. And I heard the owner himself has celiac disease so he understands the importance of when you say it’s gluten-free due to allergies, they are going to assure that that is what you get. Not enough places do that so I commend this particular restaurant on the steps that they take and the commitment to making sure that their product is truly gluten free if you indicate.

Sorry, we didn’t had a good experience , we were In house guest and wants to try out . Ordered for a dine in cheese pizza , BYO pizza with load of veggies but 2 of the toppings were missing. The order taking staff was not listening while ordering and he entered hood topping later on the system on his own choices.
Not sure the water will be served in the table. After I ask for service they provided me the glasses for the fountain…
They were confused in the service and food quality was not up to the mark, just because we were at the closing time or usually I’m not sure.
The cheese pizza we Togo due to their closing and we can’t even eat and discarded completely.
The size of the pizza is not matching the box, This is inconsistent way of serving the pizza.

First time visiting and we got a walk through on what they offer. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Got the Pepperoni pizza and pasta with marinara and meatball. Pizza has a nice crispy crust with just a little char. Cheese had a little pull and good flavor. Sauce was tomatoey without overpowering seasoning. Pasta was a little watery but the sauce was thick and flavorful. Meatballs were well seasoned and moist.

We were really looking forward to our meal, but sadly the pizza was a disappointment. It arrived half-burnt on one side and completely raw on the other. It’s clear the kitchen has the right tools, but a simple adjustment in technique—perhaps with temperature or hydration levels—could make a huge difference in the final product.

Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food…great place! We had a build your own pizza, house salads, and a bowl of minestrone soup which was chock full of fresh veggies and everything was generously sized. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the view of the horses grazing in the nearby field. Awesome place! Highly recommend.

My family and I were passing by from Pine top to Phoenix and we were looking for pizza. The pizza was tasty, well done just like we asked, and it was a good enough portion for my husband and I to share. Caesar salad was OK. Croutons were good. Spaghetti was OK. I will definitely be back for the pizza if I’m ever in town.

This restaurant is an unexpected delight. It is located in the back corner terrace of a hotel, but is run separately. Don’t let the location throw you, it is modern, clean, and the patio has beautiful views.
What made it great was the food and the friendly, helpful service. You immediately know they care. The food was fresh and really delicious. The salad was extraordinary, don’t miss it. The pizzas are made in a stone oven and are creative and wonderful.

Stopped here on our way back home from visiting family. This place was so delicious and the service were so nice and helpful. We definitely will be coming back on our next trip out. Great atmosphere and drinks as well!

This was me and my husband’s first visit to the Pitalian. They have lots of good options; we got the Tuscan pizza, four corners pizza, artichoke hearts appetizer and meatball appetizer. All of it was very tasty but the pizza really stands out. You can tell they use good quality ingredients. Easily the best pizza on the mountain if you want authentic italian pizza. The staff was very nice and the owner was attentive, you can tell he loves and cares about his restaurant. Will definitely be coming back for more.
