Order takeout pad, Thai beef. No flavor but large portions. A little on the expensive side for lunch.

Excellent Pumpkin Red Curry!!! Great service, good portion and fair prices! Peanut sauce for spring rolls was also great! They just need some Music to enhance the atmosphere. Some traditional thai music or something hot pink would be great.

We went to Hot Pink on a Thursday night for dinner. We initially thought the restaurant was closed since there wasn’t a single car in the parking spaces out front or diner in the restaurant.
The owner (and sole employee) seemed completely indifferent we were patronizing the restaurant. We ordered Sprites, which came as bottles we poured into styrofoam cups.
I ordered the pad Thai with tofu, mild spice. The dishes were delivered on paper plates, and after they were dropped off we did not see the server again. The pad Thai was quite bland, and my husband’s pineapple fried rice was both dry and tasteless.
After waiting, I needed to walk up to the window to ask for our check. The owner was watching videos on his phone and seemed unconcerned we were there.
No other diners came in to dine, which absolutely made sense after we experienced the lack of service, the disposable cups and plates, and the lack of any music or atmosphere. We won’t be back.

Since Thai Tip closed, I’ve been looking for a new Thai option in the N.E. Heights, but I was very disappointed with Hot Pink Thai. The drunken noodle dish was soggy and tasteless. Plus, it was overpriced, especially for what you get ($20 for a lunch portion). Cannot recommend, unfortunately.

I’ve traveled all over the country, California, the PNW, east coast, etc, and everywhere I get curry I can’t help but compare it to this place!
Still the best curry I’ve ever had!!
So good I’m literally drinking the last drop of curry from the bowl.

Went here to eat lunch on a Friday. Place was completely dead. Thai places usually have a weird layout but this one felt really barren. Awkward silence as there is no music playing and and odd set up of chairs. The server / owner brought us our menus and took about 10 mins to come back. We placed our order and about 20 mins later the food came out. I got basil fried rice and my girlfriend got the red curry and a Thai tea. Hands down some of the worst fried rice I have ever gotten at a Thai place (it’s usually my go to). It was served on a 4th of July paper plate with plastic cutlery. Extremely wasteful, especially since we were dining in. The fried rice barely even seemed fried, I ordered it “hot” and it was extremely mild and bland. There was mushrooms which I was stoked about but the mushrooms tasted like they went bad. The curry was actually decent (but still lacked flavor and tasted slightly off) which is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Only thing that was actually GOOD was the Thai tea. Service was bottom tier. Save yourself and go to Thai cuisine 1 or 2. 40 bucks for terrible Thai food. Will never be back.

Always my goto place for tom yum and tom ka whenever I feel a cold coming on. Always does the trick to make me feel better.

Not much atmosphere, but the food was fresh and nicely spiced. Love the peanut sauce with the chicken satay.

We ordered takeout. I got the basil chicken, my husband cashew chicken and also stir fried vegetables with tofu. We ordered medium spicy. The vegetables were really soggy and overcooked. I believe the zucchini was pickled. The garlic used was the type you find in a jar at the store. It has a strange flavor. My basil chicken had no flavor and very little basil. Some of the vegetables were not fresh. My husband’s cashew chicken was the best of the lot but it’s not in a sauce – more like a broth. For 16 bucks per dish, I expect fresh ingredients and crisp vegetables. I don’t recommend this restaurant.
