We’ve ordered 4 times at this location and had missing ingredients or just poorly made sandwiches. I’d suggest to consider the amount someone is paying for the food and how you would feel if you ordered a sandwich and half of the ingredients were missing or just a much smaller amount than normal. The food is good, don’t do a disservice and do it poorly. And you know what they say about what happens in the drive thru. Just don’t do it. I’d say consider a career change if being a sandwich artist is not your thing. Manager made it right this time but we shouldn’t have to come back and ask. For real. Do it right the first time or we won’t be back. I’ve also provided feedback to the link provided in other posts.

NEVER GO HERE. I’ve gone countless times and not once have I recived the correct price. I asked for an entree, I get a meal. I ask for the number 10, I get the 11. Cmon. This place sucks. Unless you like getting bad service, avoid this location at all costs

Quality is consistently good. Pick up and drive through have been very quick. Today delivery took approximately 50 minutes from this store to my front door which is 0.3 miles away (1 minute by car or 7 minutes by foot). I would have appreciated a courtesy call or a refund for the tip or delivery fee for this unusually long wait from a place which is supposed to be “freaky fast.” Also, I asked for the sandwich to be cut in half, but that didn’t happen.

been to this location a few times. they are always slow but today i was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me (the person in front of me ended up leaving the drive thru before even ordering because we were sitting there so long). i get to the window and my total was $1.50 more than if i ordered it online, even though i ordered the same thing i always do. checked the bag quick to make sure everything was there before i left, but when i got home i noticed the bag of chips i received is cut open in multiple places.

Ordered a simple sandwich and received the wrong sandwich. Tried calling to get the situation handled and I was left on hold for over 5 minutes until I hung up. Called again and nobody answered. 1 location can ruin it for the rest. Sad. Won’t be back.

Benny took my order this afternoon with courtesy and great attitude! Made suggestions and didnt rush my order. Promoted the membership without being awkward, just facts, which I appreciated!! Quick service, told his teammate thanks for bringing the order and wiped off my cup before giving it to me. Waved goodbye with a smile. You don’t see this too often anymore. Keep it up!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Made my original order online at 6:00PM. Didn’t receive it until 7:00PM and they delivered the wrong order. I called them and told them that we received the wrong order and they said they would have a driver deliver us the correct food. We then sat on the phone with a driver arguing back and forth about our address because apparently they couldn’t find it this time around. I did not receive my food until 7:52PM. Do yourself a favor and pick something else to eat

Tonight just confirmed why I don’t order from Jimmy John’s. Asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and barely had any. Asked for mayo packets and didn’t get any. So irritated it’s not even funny. Why put options out there if someone is just going to make the sandwich the way they want. Why even bother offering sauce packets if you aren’t going to give them out.
