Pho Nam is in a strip center and the décor is modern and festive. There’s plenty of free parking in the parking lot. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive.
I ordered the pho combo with beef. The pho had a rich, flavorful broth with fresh herbs. The beef was cut a bit too thick compared to other pho places. The combo included a Vietnamese fried eggroll which was generous in size and decent in taste but didn’t taste very authentic. It didn’t come with any condiments or lettuce so I had to ask for some fish sauce. The combo also came with a drink but sweetened and unsweetened tea were the only 2 drink options.
The menu prices are considerably higher than similar Vietnamese spots and the sriracha was unusually watery. Definitely not a great value.

I decided to try a different pho spot instead of my usual go-to. I ordered the chicken pho with beef broth, but unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan. The broth lacked good flavor, and the chicken had an off taste, almost as if it wasn’t fresh.
I also ordered the vegetable egg rolls. They likely would have been much better if they hadn’t been placed directly on top of the lettuce garnish, which caused them to become moist and soggy.
Overall, while the restaurant itself was a cute little spot, the food didn’t meet my expectations, and I doubt I would return.

We visited Pho Nam and ordered at the counter when we walked in. I got a build-your-own bowl with double brisket and steak, along with a water. One thing that wasn’t explained was that the water is self-serve, so we were sitting there for a while with nothing to drink while waiting for our food. It would’ve been helpful if someone mentioned that when we ordered.
I also ordered the house garlic butter wings. When they brought them out, I was expecting some type of sauce, but there wasn’t one. Instead, it was just mashed garlic on top. The wings were unfortunately soggy and had a chewy, rubbery texture. I was really looking forward to them, so that was disappointing.
The brisket and steak in my bowl were also very chewy, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. I ended up losing my appetite because of the texture.
I do want to give them another try in the future because maybe it was just an off day. I’m hoping for a better experience next time.

Honestly hate that this visit was disappointing. We walked in between 1pm – 2pm on a Sunday and they were a bit full due to a large party but still had at least 4 empty tables. The large party looked like they had most of their food already so decided to stick around. When you walk in, you wait in line to order. I ordered shrimp pho and it was $18 which surprised me because it’s the most I’ve paid for pho around here even for shrimp. We also ordered an order of vegetable egg roll. We paid and the kiosk asked for tip already. We sat down and waited as the servers (around 3-4) walked around handing out food and drinks. Around 20 minutes later we get our egg rolls with no silverware/napkins/side plates(I’m not too bothered by the time but I hadn’t received my drinks) and another server brings the pho toppings. We tried to ask for our drinks but she walked off quickly. And another follows with our pho. I brought up that we were still waiting on our drinks and silverware and was told “we’re working on them” with an attitude and then asked what drinks I ordered in which I said water and sweet tea!! Cups were dripping with condensation so clearly had been sitting for the 20 minutes it took to get our food. Multiple people walked by and no one noticed that we were without drinks and no one checks up to ask if everything is good or if we need anything so we left not long after getting food. Was hoping to come back and try the brisket options but the service disappointed me.

Ordered grilled pork banh mi- bread was fluffy and crispy, but the meat/sauce was on the salty side overall ok for $8
Bun salad was a bit disappointing, you can only choose one meat, any other authentic places would allow combo meat with egg roll included and tasted a bit plain.
Shaken shrimp special was disappointing as well there is literally only 6 shrimp in there. It’s just shrimp in teriyaki sauce so nothing special about it…this is a huge rip off for $20
They forgot our special lemonade drink so we had to go ask them to make it
Go somewhere else with better service and price for food, this place is a rip off for the amount you get.

It was my first time to try this place. It was a disappointing.
Spring rolls were served in cold hard vermicelli and raw carrots. Pho broth was bland.
Grilled beef banh mi was dried and tough.
This is a self servce restaurant. You have to serve yourself.
Ice was kept in a cooler and easily contaminated with bacteria if someone with dirty hands.
Those space dividers look like cages.
The big boy was not friendly.

10/10. Stopped by while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holidays amd needed pho for a scratch throat. I ordered the chicken pho bowl with added spicy chili and a mango lemonade with lychee jelly. So good. It wasn’t as spicy as I would have liked how they serve it back home but it accomplished the goal. No more scratchy throat. lol.
I would recommend to anyone. Thw restaurant was cute and they bring it your table but you can pay at register.

I visited for an early lunch. I had the grilled chicken with rice and added a sunny side up egg (recommended). With the fish sweet sauce, it went well with the chicken. Very tasty. Worth a visit if you need your Viet food fix

Great place…its very clean, the folks are friendly and the food is delicious, however, the price point doesn’t match the portion of the food given. I left hungry after spending over 50 dollars on 2 pho soups and a order of egg rolls. There portion sizes need to be increased or the prices need to be dropped.
