Aidan was the guy that took my order, absolutely phenomenal customer service. He’s the bulk of the reason I’m posting this review. There was an angry customer that came in pretty hot. Aidan handled it with the grace and professionalism you hope for in an employee. I hope subway values him. The subs are great here, everything is always fresh.

I have been to this location three times now. The staff is courteous and professional. One thing I appreciate is that I have always received the quality and consistency of product that I would expect at any other location. This is a franchise doing it right. This location has a drive through option. They also have a military discount. I will be going back again.

Visited there for the first time. Service was quick and fresh as always.
The staff was friendly and prepared a sandwich as per requirements.
Parking is ample and closeby. This subway is on thr main road so no detour is required so its very convenient.
They take coupons as well.

I always order online so I can just pick it up quick. However, you still have to wait in the long line to pick up your order. The last time I ordered 2 of my 4 subs were messed up (and I actually left a tip!). They also failed to label the subs, which I had included in the special instructions. I ordered again today. Picked it up, literally asked the kid if everything was there ( he said yes), I looked in the bag and a sub was missing. I couldn’t tell which one because once again, they were not labeled. For a company that asks you to tip when you order online, you’d think employees would follow very clear instructions to receive a tip.

Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve been in. Worker obviously didn’t want to be there working, came in at 930pm and she had the worst attitude because she was cleaning and didn’t want to make our two subs. Definitely will not be going back to this location ever.

Ordered a tuna sub through doordash. There was barely a teaspoon of tuna on the sub!! That’s ridiculous! Paid about $9 for a roll with lettuce. Of course you can’t call the store, it rings and rings, and no vm set up. Place has gone way down hill!

Have loved Subway for decades. But won’t visit Brockport Subway again. Our subs contained the smallest amount of meat imaginable. Basically eating bread with a hint of ham. My daughter’s sub had almost nothing in it. Actually the little bit that was in it was actually outside the bread laying on the paper. So unfortunate, but when there’s no value can’t continue to waste money.

Waited in the drivethrough for an inordinate amount of time (10 minutes, I figured they might be busy with an inside order) then came into the store only to be snottily asked if I was waiting for something by a girl behind the counter. I mentioned that I was and had indeed been waiting to order for sometime in the drive through and didn’t get so much as a “I’m sorry we’re a little busy” or any response at all really other than passing me off to her associate (who presumably does all the work anyway)

2 times in the drive thruway in one week. Waited a goodb10 minutes at the speaker then finally pull up and waited another 3 minutes..UNACCEPTABLE !! The second time it happened I got to the window..waited and waited for someone and once they did come to the window..instead of giving them hell..I drove off !
