Self service kiosk is definitely a challenge. If you can get passed that gate keeper then great times are ahead.
Took me 12 minutes!!!
Food was great and yummy. I suggest getting bottled water, tap is sus.

Need to rank this particular Panera the lowest of any I have eaten at. Some of the meal item ingredients were not in stock, beverage options were not maintained, and restroom items were missing. Arrgh! Although this location is very spacious, bright (lots of windows), and clean, it is not cozy like most locations. If you have a choice pass on this location.

This is purely on the speed of the service at the drive through.
Im not sure why there is a drive-through at panera to begin with but I had to take a piss and I had waited so long already that I got out of the car and walked inside to pee and the line in front of me moved one car space when I got back to the car.

we didn’t have a good breakfast visit this morning at all. we ordered a few items and as we waited for them to come out we were given a bag by the worker and they sent us off. once we stepped outside the door, we checked our bag and we were missing items. i went back inside and the bag was on the counter so the team member just seemed to want us out of the store. we ate in the car as with CoViD currently we aren’t able to dine in. our chipotle chicken breakfast wraps were both cold as if they had just been sitting out. we went back inside and got those exchanged as well. we don’t plan on returning to this location as we received poor customer service and poor food service as well.

I come here before I see a movie and this place never disappoints.
There is a plenty of parking and though I never have been inside, I’m sure it is nice. I usually go through the drive-thru and every time I do, the wait isn’t unusually long, the food is hot and tasty and the staff is friendly.
I would say the food is overpriced for the quality but can never go wrong with half a sandwich, soup and their mac n’ cheese!
Highly recommend going between 8am-11am where its never too busy.

One of my favorite Panera locations! It is very clean. Staff are friendly. And as always, the soups, sandwiches, and salads are 10/10!!!

I got the steak and cheese more like steak & horse radish!!! Do NOT get the steak and cheese I still cannot get the taste of the radish out of my mouth. I think it was pretty overpriced as well for the sandwich and very small bag of chips. Staff was very friendly but I would not go back. Just a heads up this location does not have a lot of the stuff you see online.

So I ordered two sandwiches, each costing about 12 dollars. One was turkey avocado and the other was steak and white cheddar. When I got the sandwiches the turkey sandwich was great, in fact it looked like a really good turkey avocado sandwich. On the other hand, the “steak” sandwich was literally a 4 inch piece of chibata with a tiny sliver of meat and a slice of cheese. Both of these sandwiches cost the same amount of money. I won’t be back.

My first time trying Panera Bread and I got the “Pick 2” deal. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese bread was too soft….more on the lines, like if it were for a child….and guess tomato soup, tasted like Spaghetti O’s. On the other hand, the Green Juice smoothie was amazing and the Lemon Drop cookie was great as well. You can get a cookie for .99 cents, when you order a entree and a drink. I won’t completely write them off, for the soup and sandwich, because it was others items on the menu, I wouldn’t mind going back to try.

Place was obviously short staff took 40+ to get threw the drive thru But the customer service was still on point the lady was very nice and even gave us extra chip for the wait. My issue is with the quality controll over the portions. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado BLT. Which was mostly bread barely any turkey, they put the heal of the tomato into my sandwich and forgot my avocado. I paid over 12 bucks for a incomplete sandwich that wasn’t even worth 5. Hopefully panera reads these reviews and decides to do something about it
