Hummus Republic was established in 2013 by a group of friends who wanted to bring their families’ authentic Mediterranean cuisine to busy customers on the go. Our mission is to provide flavorful, convenient, and primarily plant based meals to the masses; and to create accessibility to healthy, real food. We aim to raise the standard of “fast food”.

This place absolutely blew me away. The portions were generous without being sloppy, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and vibrant. You can tell real care goes into their prep and cooking.
And honestly, in today’s economy, the value here is unreal. One bowl is easily two meals, arguably three. It’s rare to find food this good that also feels like a smart, satisfying buy.
The house-made drinks were a total surprise hit — creative, refreshing, and genuinely delicious. Not an afterthought at all, but something I’d come back for on its own.
The service is Top-tier. Friendly, welcoming and quick. The kind of service that makes you feel like they actually want you there, not just trying to rush you through a transaction.
If you’re anywhere near Avon and don’t stop here, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

I stopped by Hummus Republic and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, vibrant and full of flavor. The guy at the counter was also super helpful; he really took the time to walk me through all the options and made some great recommendations.
The vibe inside is clean and comfortable—perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. I especially loved the charred jalapeño and onion and the spicy sauces were next-level (and not too spicy). If you like just a little heat but not too much, get the cilantro one.
Great spot for healthy Mediterranean bowls and wraps. If you’re on a diet or you’re eating clean or just want something that tastes great, this is one of the best finds in Avon, hands down.

Such a great place to grab a healthy meal! I ordered a bowl with lemon chicken and shawarma chicken loaded with toppings, and it was incredibly flavorful. The lemonade was the perfect addition. The staff was super helpful and friendly, too. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Boyfriend and I were trying to find something in the area that we haven’t tried. I wanted something refreshing and we drive by this place all the time. Walking in, we were welcomed by a bunch of people. They were very helpful with making choices and patient with us. The food is phenomenal. I am currently eating it writing this. We also decided last minute (well because of me lol) to try out their lemonade. Also amazing!!! We will definitely be returning. I give this place a 100/10.

Over all, it was a great experience. We’ve never been before, so we didn’t know what to ask for but the owner was really patient with us & explained everything to us very well. The portion-price balance is really good and the food was so fresh, healthy and delicious. We were truly impressed by their customer service and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Definitely it is became our one of the favorite spot for tasty, healthy & fresh meals. I also found the staff to be informative & helpful. So yeah I definitely recommend this place ,it’s totally worth to visit.

We stopped in today for lunch and everything was fresh and delicious! We each got a bowl that was piled high with a variety of well seasoned ingredients. It’s a great value for the cost. I especially enjoyed the lemon chicken and “grandmas hot sauce” in my bowl. The service was very friendly and welcoming too. We really appreciated there being a few very clean high chairs available too. Great atmosphere for a casual meal. We will definitely be back!

We stopped here after the casino one night before heading to pick up the kids from the sitters. Great location right off I-90. Amazing food. I’m plant based there were so many options. Flavorful, get multiple choices of hummus or dips included! Service was fast, was able to order extra pita to go! Clean inside.
