I ordered the Stromboli the Salami still had its casing on it. Every bite I had salami casing in my mouth. Why not remove it!!!! It takes seconds to remove it!!!
The customer service of the blonde hair lady was lacking the lady’s disposition was less to be desired aka lacked customer service experience and/care! I don’t recommend this place and would never return!!

Doordashed a large custom cheese and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza had an excellent crust with a little sprinkling of Parmesan and a nice sauce smothered in crispy bacon, and delicious spicy pepperoni was just missing some hot honey drizzle. 9/10

Hands down the worst pizza I have tasted in my life. Undercooked and overloaded with canned ingredients. Nothing fresh. Cheese wasn’t even melted.

Edison’s makes the best pizza in Cleveland. You can actually taste the freshness of the mozzarella cheese when you take a bite! Their pizza isn’t soggy and carelessly thrown together like a lot of other places. You can see the meticulous detail in ingredient arrangement on each pie! If you want the quintessential pizza experience, Edison’s is the way to go!

To say I was disappointed beyond belief is not right, now I’ve always wanted to try Edison’s Pizza so when the festival happened last week in tremont I went to try it out. I tell you it was one of the best pizza I ever had in Cleveland it was a 10 out of 10 with a badass seal of approval. I only tried a slice and I regret that i only bought a slice instead of a whole pie. And I didn’t want to wait in line to order a pie so I said I’ll just come back the next week with my family. Now I find out that that place was closed down and only opened during the festival I was so angry so damn angry but then I found out they have another branch. So i said okay cool let me call and order two pies and go pick them up. Everything was wrong from when I got there, The one in Tremont had a nice old school oven that you see in New York while the one in Ohio City was a pizza oven you see in Little Caesars where it slides from one side to the other while cooking that right there was a con. I walked away walking around until the pizza was ready and when I came back and I saw the pizza it looked nothing like the pizza that I tried in the Tremont festival. But I said maybe looks could be deceiving maybe it tastes the same so I got home sat down with the family ate and it wasn’t the same pizza. It was a more upscale Domino’s or Marcos it wasn’t the pizza I had in Tremont which was thin and crunchy and the sauce tasted amazing and spicy and the cheese was just right like you would if you went to New York well this one was the opposite was just a fancy Cleveland style pizza. Now don’t get me wrong The pizza was okay it was a solid seven better than Domino’s and Marcos and Little Caesars and Pizza Hut, but I was disappointed because my first impression reminded me of New York pizza where I grew up. Thin bread, New York slice size with amazing spice to it and an amazing pizza. This pizza was totally different than that one. Hiw is this the same franchise and the pizza is different it wasn’t the same at all, different oven the bread tasted different the cheese tasted different the sauce tasted different now I’m not hating on the pizza like I said solid seven but it wasn’t the pizza I had in Tremont which was my first impression which made me fall in love they need to go back and do what they did there not this cleveland-style pizza they have here.
Since it won’t let me respond to what you just said I did not get them mixed up I called Edison’s, and they did tell me that that place was closed for almost a year or two but they we’re apart of the same franchise. So same franchise you expect the same style of pizza

The Google page says they close at 9. I called a little after 8 and a very rude individual answered the phone without any greeting whatsoever and simply said that they’re closed. I said that it says you’re open until 9 and this individual stuff l said that they stop cooking before that. Maybe a change to the hours is needed? Also, a little professionalism goes a looooong way. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me this week so I’m gonna leave a review at both places. If the hours are incorrect then hopefully that’ll be changed, no big deal but it costs nothing to be polite, geez.
