Food was hot and tasty. Got it fast even though they were clearly understaffed. I don’t know what people expect these days. Corporations handle everyone as expendable, prioritize dumb stuff like drive thru times, and pay nothing. Thankfully we still have anyone that will work these places. Thank you for my tasty burritos.

Came in about 11:30 am and were the only patrons. An employee did quickly greet us and offer to place order. We ordered thru the App because it was more convenient. After ordering 3 more parties entered the restaurant. The App said the food would be ready at 11:42am. All the other patrons, and several drive thru, received their orders before us. At 11:57am we finally received our order, 4 items. When we asked for a cup of water, we were promptly told that “corporate doesn’t allow them to give a cup of water”.

Ordered on the kiosk, couldn’t log in to rewards account so unfortunately couldn’t use my rewards. Had to pay at counter when the girl came to counter looking confused to why I would be there after using the kiosk and had to tell her I had to pay for my order when I asked about the rewards was told apparently they had issues a few days ago but not really sure why it wasn’t working. Our food was cold and our chalupas were horrible the shells crumbled made messy not much meat definitely not something a manager should allow to be served. Unfortunately these kind of issues are happening more often than not.

Customer service is bad here. And the fact that you cant just buy a “drink” or a cup of ice is utterly ridiculous. Do better Taco Bell. Do better. Not everyone can drink the sodas that you sell. Asking to pay for a cup of ice water and to be told no we can’t sell that and no we can’t sell just a cup of ice is beyond ridiculous.

Ordered 35$ worth of food and received it burnt or missing ingredients. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and got a 5- layer burrito instead.. I also ordered a chicken quesadillas , which ended up being only a cheese quesadilla not CHICKEN! There were no adults working to looked like and all employees were young teenagers goofing around. I normally don’t have a problem with this Taco Bell, however this is the second time this has happened and I’m tired of wasting my money when my order should be correct the first time.

One of best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Service time was average, but friendly staff. Food quality was good for Taco Bell.

They had the option to order yourself on a machine which was nice with a large group to get all the add-ins and take-offs. They had folks at registers too if you’d rather order in person.

Clean bathrooms (still no baby changing table, not sure why Taco Bell’s don’t think families with babies are part of its customer base but just a heads up for those that aren’t familiar).

This location specifically is always a 15min plus wait after 8pm. They are not fully staffed but neither is the other one at that time but yet this one can be 7 cars deep and still working on only one order. It would be different if there was a way out of the line if it was taking that long but you are basically stuck and then by the time you get to the window you still have to wait for your food to be cooked.

After ordering 13 tacos and a crunchwrap, we were asked to pull up. We waited for 15 minutes, watching other cars that were asked to pull up after us come and go. At 20 minutes, we went inside to inquire. They said they had not forgotten, and it was coming. We received our food a few minutes later. After getting back on the road and opening our food, we see we received no napkins and no sauce. We specifically asked for extra sauce, and it is on the receipt. We ordered basic items, and they clearly lost or forgot about us. Missing sauce and napkins seems intentional. Check your food before you leave or just go somewhere else.
