Called in for 2 steak hoagies with extra pizza sauce and heavy on the banana peppers. Why did the woman that took the order tell me she had no idea what I was talking about and then told me the bp’s weren’t on the ticket after she read the order back to me 20 minutes prior? absolutely terrible food and staff. ordered food, picked up, got home opened sandwich (pic below) called employee tells me they are closed and If you want to speak to manager call back Tom (2-22-19)at 11 am. so that really helps huh!!! straight ridiculous!!!! this happens every time we try to eat there hoping for better food never happens!!! this is the last time I’ll wave give them another chance!! i hope people are aware of how awful they are!!! GRANDMAS PIZZA NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF they DONT even deserve 1 star !!!

After the service I got today I will not be coming back. Specifically asked for everything I ordered to be lightly cooked as it ask on the online ordering how would you like your stuff cooked, I answered and how I received my pizza was burnt he basically told me it wasn’t his problem that I had to wait another 25-30 minutes for a new one to be cooked after I waited an hour already. I asked for the managers name and he refused to tell me who the manager was and wouldn’t even give me his name. In the end another employee made another pizza then had it delivered to my house.

I’ve lived in Williamsburg for 3 years now and this pizza place always been my go to. The big gramma pizza are always the best when feeding family of 4. The Apple strudel is the best for desert. Affordable prices. Staffs are nice and well polite. This place is always busy on weekends. I recommend this establishment for your pizza dining!

We ate here twice in the last two weeks. The pizza was delicious. The garlic butter crust is fabulous. I highly recommend. There is only one table there with two chairs, so there are not many options if you want to dine in. If you do dine in (which we did), you get the awesome treat of enjoying the pizza right out of the oven.

I really don’t like to leave a bad review,but this place was awful. The food, and inside the restaurant. I’m really surprised this place has not been shut down. I just ordered a large pizza 4 tops for my uncle,dad, and I, and I went to pick it up bc the Grandma in Mt. Orab has been closed down for a while,so anyhow, we tried this one. The pizza was old and cold. The toppings were raw. I think they threw them on top of an old pepperoni pizza from earlier or even the night b4. When I got there, the place looked really rough, nothing like what I saw when I looked it up online. Anyway I hope they clean their places up and get some decent equipment and / or definitely clean that place up. Standing at the register to pay and the oven is covered in oil spewing all over the outside of it, I think, and dirt. It just really needs a do over or to be closed down.

Absolutely surely positively no doubt about it in my mind whatsoever not even a second thought about it, one of my all time favorite pizza joints… The employees are always welcoming… Foods always great .. and what I love is that if by some one in a million chance the order wasnt correct… They really make it up to you so that you are fully satisfied.
