Places an online order for breakfast was told on arrival at 10:26 that I was recalled and they couldn’t make it even though it was place BEFORE 10:30 am which is obviously annoying because I specifically left bed FOR the egg biscuit sammy. Needless to say we all know it’s frozen plz at least microwave our to go orders. *side note when down the about 15 to my next McDonald and they happily filled my breakfast order AFTER 10:30* thanks corporate America

The female manager here always goes out of her way to be rude! The restaurant is filthy, if you ask for anything at all like even a single pack of ketchup, you were met with a rude smart response. Just attitude like you can’t imagine and it seems to be every time at this McDonald’s with this female manager. You can just watch how she treats everyone always! Maybe this is what Walmart means by “Always”! We used to favor Walmart because we enjoyed going to the McDonald’s during shopping, now there’s no point to go to this Walmart anymore so we go out of her way to go to Target instead!

IMHO: McDonald’s simply offers the best iced tea of any national fast food chain provider.
We found our teas cold, strong and highly refreshing.

I went to get some breakfast and they said they stop serving it at 10:30A.M. I tried calling in advance to see if they still have breakfast and no one picked up. So when I came in person and waisted my time and money, they refused to serve me and it was 10 minutes past 10:30. The worst service I’ve ever had. I was hungry and pissed

Food was good, service was horrible! I ordered a big Mac & fries and a 10 pc nugget meal and not only did it take almost 25 minutes to receive my order (with no one in the restaurant) but the lady never gave me my drink cups and forgot the fries as well.. when I let her know what I was missing from the order, she very rudely said ” let me see your receipt” as if I were lying. They are the slowest and rudest employees I have ever encountered.. you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and not one employee or manager will acknowledge you until you literally yell at them for attention. It’s ridiculous!!! Worst McDonald’s in El Paso by far!! Do better please

This store is inside a Walmart that I shop at frequently. The service is slow but they cheat the system by marking your order as ready even when it isn’t. However, this visit will be my last. I bit into a chicken nugget that had a foul taste and odor. I spit it out immediately. I’m pretty sure that store has some major health violations. I’m never eating there again. It just isn’t worth the risk.

I asked for 2 orders of 40 chicken nuggets and they charged me for them however they only put 40 chicken nuggets in the bag I have called them multiple times and they don’t answer the phone and it rings until you get a bip and you are not able to talk to someone. Very inconvenient since I live far also they charged me for extra sauce but never told me they were going to charge me for it????
