One of the best pizza huts. I don’t know if the staff has changed or if it’s under new management , but service was top tier ! Had to come back and tell yall the wings and fries was 10/10 !

Unfortunately, this was the second time ordering from this Coatesville Pizza Hut location, and consistently served a far below average pizza. In comparison to other Pizza Hut stores, this particular one has consistently under cooked our order, used subpar ingredients ( in my opinion), and experienced extended wait times for someone to place an order with via phone.
But to be fair, drive-thru customer representative was pleasant and attentive upon arrival.
Overall, my wife and I can only award this Coatesville Pizza Hut a 2 star rating.
Hopefully this review can supply management or franchise owner with constructive feedback.

It was my First Time experiencing this Coatesville, PA Pizza Hut. I was in the Neighborhood & I thought that I give it a try. Also I was hungry so I wanted some Lunch. Customer Service was wonderful. The Pizza Hut Gentleman was very nice & professional. God knows I do look forward to coming back here again. This Pizza smells good so I know it will taste good when I get home. God Bless.

Not good delivery service or customer service. Took over 2 hours to get delivery. When I called I was basically told door dash delivers and it’s not their problem. Food was cold and was again told that it wasn’t their problem because they use door dash to deliver. I would recommend Dominos.

I’ve used the Pizza Hut app a few times to order for carry-out from this location. Each time, pick-up has been seamless, and the customer service has been great.
Most recently, Cameron was the attendant at the window, and he greeted me professionally as well as resolved an issue with my order due to an app error.

We decided to give this location another chance since reports of new management was in place. It shows. There was no confusion. My order was ready when I arrived, no mistakes and all looked good. Since the location is a lot closer to where I live, will be back. Everything was hot and perfectly done. Love Pizza Hut when it’s done right! Thanks again!

Had this pizza delivered by DoorDash and it was missing the sausage that I e they antent helpful annd won’t make good on there product also it had so much oregano on it that you can’t eat the pizza. Disgusting to say the least so it’s in the garbage. I was credited 8 dollars by DoorDash and the Pizza Hut said since I ordered it thru DoorDash the can’t do anything. They wanted me to drive and get another pizza I would if I wasn’t disabled. This pizza cost 27 dollars and now I’m out that money. Do not get from this store because

My husband ordered a supreme STUFFED CRUST pizza. He drove 20 minutes home and it was burnt and the incorrect crust. Called multiple times and they don’t answer their local phone. Got ahold of corporate who also couldn’t reach them! This is not the first time this location messes up. Ordering pizza is not cheap and this is unacceptable.
