I have been eating Marco’s for decades. In recent years I didn’t order it as much because it wasn’t as good as others.
Today I ordered it and saw new options on the app. I got it with the thick crust, half bacon and full pepperoni with light sauce. Well done bake and garlic sauce crust.
I had to leave a review because it was the best Marco’s Pizza I’ve ever had! The best pizza from anywhere I’ve had in a long time!
Great delivery guy too! Just needed to let you know that if you have lost your love for Marcos, try it again with a well done bake and light sauce and enjoy the browned cheese and less acid!

Ordered 2 small pizzas for delivery. Was told 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, I called to check the status. Was told thay were on way. Told them to forget it. We went some place else. After we left 20 minutes later, they showed up with the pizza. It was over 2 hours.

This store absolutely SLAPS. Best pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. It literally explodes with flavor all over your tastebuds. Hot, flavorful and absolutely exceptional. 5,000/10 would recommend. Zoe is friendly, reliable and super helpful. She knocked this order out of the park.

What a dramatic downturn. Consistency has always been an issue here. Sometimes it’s amazing others it’s utter trash. Tonight was my 3rd bad pizza in a row. Considering the prices have gone up 3-4 dollars per item I expect perfection. Very sad because I’ve always loved Marcos.

(Update Dec 22) So these clowns thought it was a good idea to start having customers loyalty points expire. I was just a few points away from my coupon and bam I go to order and they’re gone. And not to mention their prices have gone up AGAIN! It’s greed, plain and simple. Never thought I’d say this but that’s the last straw, a life long customer, never again. Shame on them. There are far better pizza places to experience in Toledo. Don’t waste your time and money people.

I love Marco’s and will continue to order, but I received the worst batch of cheesy bread this evening. It was dry, hard, and appeared to have little to no cheese. It was on the verge of inedible, and I chose to throw it away.

I hope this feedback can be shared with the team preparing and making the food this evening Because I know this Marco’s does a fantastic job most of the time.

The Workers, could be a little Friendlier.
People with Little Hands, Ought not be in charge of putting on Items, As the cheese on the cheese bread, was in the Middle and Very Little. The pizzas themselves, were made exactly as I ordered, except for All Over Roma Seasoning, and the Chicken was WARM NOT HOT‼️ Maybe I’m just used to the Old Workers, Who knew what they were doing ⁉️

The Delivery Driver, Ought to have LISTENED to the Customer, Who gave Exact Directions! And WHY Was the Food WARM and Not Hot ⁉️

Ordered a single large pizza, and they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, ended up taking OVER 2 hours to arrive at my place of employment which is literally less than a mile from the Monroe street location. Called around the 90-min mark asking what was going on and inquiring about a discount since it was late (not even asking to get it for free), absolutely nothing was offered, just “Sorry.”

If you’re so busy that it was going to take 2.5 hours to arrive, then just say so in the first place, and I would have arranged to pick it up or go elsewhere — I understand firsthand how busy pizza places can get, but this was just unacceptable, especially considering it was a half-mile delivery. Come on people, you can for sure do better…

We order from this Marcos all the time! This by far was the worst experience we have had… he arrived at our home, and we had not arrived yet due to traffic (they came earlier than stated). My mother in law was home but we were paying with cash. We came across our ring, explained it, as well did she. He (the driver) proceeded to then throw his bag on the porch, sign/ huff and puff and sit down on the chair. Mind you yes I know it was an inconvenience, but we tipped well due to this inconvenience.. my mother in law seen how he reacted, and said hey they are right up the street. The way you are acting, especially infront of the customer is not okay. He rolled his eyes and walked away and waited by his car. We pulled up he was leaning on his car, arms crossed and rolled his eyes when we seen him. Just all and all it was a rude encounter, and it was caught on ring.
Definitely not what I expected from this Marcos..

Ordering from this store turned out to be an all around scary experience! For privacy reasons, and out of common decency, I redacted the contact information for the other Marco’s customer whose order we received. The order that was supposed to be delivered here was a COD (cash on delivery) order. According to the receipt, the order that was actually delivered was placed with a credit card. Yet the delivery driver collected cash and was gone faster than the front door could be closed and the mistake realized, a matter of seconds.

A call to the store saw the correct order redelivered with zero hassle faster than the incorrect order got here. Marco’s gets an “A” for that part. But I wonder how the person whose order we received would feel about the fact that there was so much personal information on their receipt that I could call them up, or even walk straight up to their front door a block away, and ask them about their customer service experience. And it also begs the question of where my order ended up and who out there now has my name, address, and phone number. So like I said, a scary experience.
