Came in for the first time after work last month. The bathroom was filthy, kitchen was dirty. One employee kept awkwardly looking at me as I waited, the other was rude and clearly angry about something. It made the whole environment uncomfortable and odd. I bought fries and paid $4 dollars for a lil concrete that they ended up putting in a tiny 2oz bowl. The employee just kind of shoved it towards me while staring at me awkwardly. Having hypoglycemia issues, I just took it, left and decided that’ll be the last time I eat there. Don’t know what the heck is going on in there…Take the trip to Richlands if you want it to be worth your money.

Unfortunately, today I came in and made an order to go, I waited aprox 30 mins for my meal and wasn’t informed my order was ready as it was sitting on the counter. When I came up to retrieve my order the cashier asked if I paid already, which I did, and I had to remind her that I also had ordered drinks and a shake. I asked for whipped cream on my shake and there was probably one dollop of whipped cream. My order was also wrong as I asked for two chilly cheese dogs and got home to realize there was no cheese on either of them. This wasn’t the first time this has happened where my order was wrong, and I understand people make mistakes but this has been an ongoing problem when I have ordered things to go. The line cooks are always kind to me when I walk in but there seems to be some disconnect between the cashiers.

During my visit, I observed several concerning food safety violations. The cook did not wear gloves while handling food, including raw chicken, and proceeded to touch various surfaces throughout the kitchen, potentially spreading harmful bacteria like salmonella. Additionally, I witnessed the cook openly coughing over food on the grill without covering his mouth. These practices pose serious health risks, and I sincerely hope I do not become ill as a result. For the sake of food safety and public health, I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment until proper hygiene and sanitation protocols are enforced.

My husband and I came in for a small dinner, and were immediately met with smiles! We ordered our food without any inconvenience, and received it hot! If my order would have been right I wouldn’t be so upset but how you get an order wrong when you’re completely dead. I went in and there was one two top. Manger in the back on his cellphone scrolling TikTok or whatever. He did agree to remake my food but no apologies or sorry for the inconvenience. He was just trying to get me off the phone.
