I recently went to pier73 and I enjoyed myself. My server/ bartender was Lex she was amazing she made sure she checked on me multiple times throughout the evening. My food was nice and hot I had the cheesesteak egg rolls, bang bang shrimp, chicken taco & steak taco. I met the manger he was a tall African American man very welcoming and made me feel welcomed. Having a place in our community where people can come in after work to relax and decompress is always a plus. Looking forward to visiting again. The music was pretty good as well. Also my hookah was GREAT!!! Thank you pier 73 for your great service.

I had a great time on Thursday night. The food was amazing!! My friends ordered drinks they said were very good. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend the bang bang shrimp. We also had the burger, chicken sandwhich, fries, and nachos which were yummy and reasonably priced.
I was a little off put when the waitress came with the check and my friend asked for a club soda which was $3. She took the check back and added the club soda even though the check was over $170. It’s okay, but a little unexpected since the check was already printed.

Everything was good from the ambiance to the quality of service.
Went for happy hour for my first time here and my expectations were better than expected.
My bartender was Christian he made the best drinks!!! Those margaritas tasted like something I never tasted before they were so good!
I’ll definitely be returning more often…another new favorite added to my list

I have mixed feelings about this place. Charging $20 for women and $30 for men is ridiculous just to get in the bar/lounge for brunch. Just to not even have a seat/table. I get reservations is a thing but to pay and need a reservation on top of having to pay for drinks and food. It’s a scam lol. My friends and I ended up paying and went upstairs. Had to sit at the bar and not even have enough seats for us. A table was not even offered. The bartender gave drinks in a little plastic water cup. That’s just stupid and money hungry. The bartender was nice though. We couldn’t even order a pitcher of mimosas because it was after 4:30pm but brunch doesn’t end until 7pm? The only things that save this place are the food and music. The catfish and grits were the best catfish I’ve ever had! The music was great. The vibes were there but everything else caused me to give the review and stars I gave. The structure and system needs to be reviewed. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a good place to be able to enjoy friends, music and food.

It’s a good place. This is my review based on wheelchair accessibility.. I had to enter from the back. Good thing I went with friends because they had to get someone to unlock the gate. I ordered 1st received my food last ( fish). The drinks ( lychee Martini) was amazing. I would go back in the summer time. I didn’t like it was a cover fee for women not in heals and for men.

Had an incredible time at Pier 73! The atmosphere was perfect a chill, upscale vibe. But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the bartenders Lexi and Valentina.
Having a place to watch LOVE ISLAND IS SUCH A GREAT IDEA! I will be back!
Lexi is a total vibe friendly, fast, and knows how to whip up a drink that hits every time. Her energy is infectious and she made sure everyone at the bar felt taken care of. Valentina brought the same level of warmth and professionalism. She was super attentive, had great drink recommendations, and you could tell she really cares about the guest experience.
The drinks were on point, the service was top-tier, and the whole night felt effortless thanks to these two. If you’re going to Pier 73, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar Lexi and Valentina will take great care of you.
Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

made a reservation for a 12:00 PM brunch through the restaurant’s website. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited outside for about 15 minutes before trying to get the attention of the staff inside to find out why the doors were locked.
There were five employees behind the bar who saw me knocking on the door. Instead of coming over to speak with us, they simply stared and yelled across the bar that they don’t open until 1:00 PM.
Considering we had a confirmed reservation and were clearly waiting outside, the respectful thing to do would have been to come to the door and explain the situation. Instead, we were ignored.
I don’t feel comfortable spending money at an establishment that shows such little respect for its customers, so our group decided to leave and will not be back. I would strongly suggest updating the online reservation system so it accurately reflects the restaurant’s operating hours.
Thankfully, we went somewhere else and received excellent service.

Me and a friend were looking for a place for brunch. Tik Tok made good reviews about their Sunday Brunch. It was an absolute NO for me. We paid $20 each to get in because we didn’t have reservations and because we didn’t have on heels. We had to sit at the bar upstairs. There were too many people standing around not working. Behind the bar was sloppy, stagf members had their personal items behind the bar. The drinks were weak and expensive. Besides Tori the staff were standoffish. This wasn’t worth the money and the food was trash.

This is a new place that has potential but it needs some work. I went on Sunday for a birthday brunch. The service wasn’t great, took an hour and half for the food to come. The menu says 5 wings but only 4 wings came out to everyone who ordered the wings and fries from the brunch menu. I can say that the food was good, but I wouldn’t go back there for brunch. The bartenders are not knowledgeable of making signature drinks and ruined both of my drinks. The DJ was good and the vibes were there. Like I mentioned previously, this place had potential if they work on their time management, drinks and customer service.

Came here for the R&B brunch, and it was perfect! I’m at the age where I still want a fun, lively atmosphere but without the chaos of people bumping into me—this place nailed it. The vibe and music were on point, setting the perfect mood. And the food? Chef’s kiss. I had the red velvet waffle with chicken wings, and my only complaint is that my husband kept stealing my chicken because it was THAT good! We’ll definitely be back.
