I used to love Arby’s Gyro’s but tonight was a disappointment. I waited a while to get my gyro. When I asked for more sauce, the employee acted like I was bothering her. And when I got home and opened my sandwich, there was so much grease and my gyro was saturated. Not happy at all.

Great Beef n Cheddar’s, Try the Sweet potato Fries. The Family likes all the food here. The Drive Thru is Fast and the staff is freindly and does not Rush you when ordering. Very courteous at the window. DRIVE THRU open, I did not see anyone inside.

I was disappointed with my visit this time. For some reason, the roast beef tasted off. It smelled and tasted like it was either freezer burned, burned, or expired. Additionally, I found some weird brown fiber/thread attached to one of my curly fries. I didn’t notice it until it was in my mouth, which was very unappetizing. I ended up throwing my food away, and so did two of the three other family members who got Arby’s that night. The third person has been sick ever since.

Ok so I decided to edit my previous post as I went to this location and the service has been much better. Now I will say I have one issue, I typically get a large crinkle fries no salt and 2 times I have been shorted fries. No, there are no fries in the bag I checked…..wish there was though because they clearly didn’t fill this at all for the second time. An no…I did not eat any prior to taking the photos.

The new limited time deserts were a disappointment! The shake was just a vanilla shake with toppings on it, and the cinnamon thing was mediocre, nothing special and super small portion.

Have given this place another chance. Have been sadly disappointed several times throughout COVID with lack of service and food quality. Food was pretty fresh and tasted good. Service by the young fellow was very good. He was swift and attentive and remembered what we told him in the time between us speaking and entering it into the computer, which has not been the case in the past. He explained the new menu offerings. Very nice fellow came out to table twice. Impressed with him and wish I could remember his name. Then there was the soda dispenser. I should not complain since we never drink the poisonous soda… only water and brewed tea. Zoom in and look at the picture and then ask yourself ‘how long must this have been building up?’ I believe it’s calcium, but who knows?
