Amazing homemade pastas! The sauces were so flavorful! Only wish they had crudo appetizers and that their bread was softer as far as food. Portions were generous for the price. The ambience was cute but a little too bright on the night we went. Service was fantastic! We will make this a regular spot!

My friends and I came here on Saturday for dinner! Parking in the area is pretty easy to find. Lots of parking in the residential area. We were seated right away and made reservations on open table. Oh my goodness this place was delicious! The decor in the restaurant is cute and feels so cozy. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. I recommend to anyone looking to try a new Italian restaurant!
Food/drink review:
Espresso martini: (5/5) I’m not a coffee person, but these were sooo tasty! My friend ended up ordering two.
Pinot Grigio: (5/5) Refreshing and delicious!
Caesar salad: (4/5) This was delicious! The dressing was fresh. I could’ve eaten the entire thing myself.
Fiori di zucca: (5/5) I’ve never tried these before so I was hesitant, but I’m so happy we ordered it! Delicious flavor, texture, and the sauce on top had a hint of sweetness, which balanced the dish.
Meatballs: (5/5) These were my favorite. They’re super tender and flavorful. The sauce was delicious!!!
Bruschettone: (5/5) So fresh and delicious! Perfect app to share. The flavors all blended so well together.
Spicy rigatoni vodka: (5/5) YUMMM. The pasta was so fresh and the sauce was perfection. It wasn’t spicy in my opinion.
Sugo Pittinichi: (4/5) The noodles were so fresh! The meat (ribs and sausage) on top were cooked perfectly and literally fell off the bone. Great flavor! Not my favorite dish though.

Had a wonderful experience eating here! Service was exceptional & everyone was so friendly. The food was fantastic, too! For appetizers, we ordered the Fiori Di Zucca and Arancini. Our entrees were the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Norma, and Ravioli de Pesce. All were fresh & served hot! Will absolutely be coming back here again

My boyfriend and I love this place. My boyfriend has really high expectations and he was in heaven both times we had dinner here. I love their garlic bread and calamari.
It’s better to have reservations on the weekend.
Also the service is exceptional!! This will be our new to go dinner date spot.

Hands down the best gnocchi I have ever had, cacio e pepe style. Tiramisu table-side was the icing on the cake. Wonderful service, great atmosphere and excellent Italian food made with care. Will definitely be returning for more very soon

It was our first time at Trattoria da Sofia Restaurant, and we were delighted by the warm welcome and excellent service. The waiter was super friendly and even gave us a few helpful tips about the menu. The pasta was absolutely delicious full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Quite an experience! Went to Sofia to celebrate my sisters birthday. Food was good, service was great, really liked the vibes. My only critic would be that the dish I ordered was not visually appealing, definitely need to work on the presentation and the garlic bread wasn’t garlicky enough for me. Overall a great experience and would go back.

The place is beautiful it makes you feel like you are in Italy; Homemade Italian dishes from the appetizers all the way to the desserts. Service is outstanding. Definitely one of my favorite spots if you want to enjoy real Homemade Italian food.
