Ordered online at about 1:40ish. App said my food would be ready a 1:51 pm. Arrived at the store at about 1:52. Drove straight up to the drive through speaker and said I was there for a mobile order. Got up to the window after a few minutes in line and then had to wait a ten plus minutes at the window for my food. Limited interaction with the woman at the window. And when I finally got my order, no apology for the long wait and basically had the bag shoved at me. Most of the order itself was ok at best, however the French Dip sandwich barely had any meat on it and was cold.

We go to Arby’s in Lawrenceburg a couple times a month and tonight was by far the best experience we have had. The food was made exactly as we had requested and the tall young man at the drive thru window that handed us our food was so polite and friendly. Great job Arby’s!

Always good food at this location and the young man running the register always stays upbeat and has great customer service if it weren’t for him I would not be writing this review I’m not usually one to leave one but he consistently does a good job.
So to you good job and keep it up youngin there’s plenty of good thing to come in life with a good attitude like yours.

i’ve been here a few times and the food is usually good. the service took long at times but i was never in a rush. until i decided to come on my lunch break at work and was pulled to the curb and made to wait for 10 minutes on french fries that had long been done or never dropped in the first place. i got my refund for the food and will not be giving this place any of my business again

It gets irritating when I am the only vehicle in the drive-through, and I’m asked to pull around to the other side of the building so they can skew their drive-through times. It happens every time. Food is better than most other fast food joints.

***Update. Just stopped in to give it another go. Waited for my food for about 15 minutes. The place was not busy. My biggest complaint, however, is the deceptive practices of Arby’s. A couple months ago, I was very disappointed that the sliders were so small that I had to double the “pre-coved” number that I used to order just to feel as satisfied. Now, these things are ridiculously small. A chicken finger literally smaller than my pinky? Not just one slider, but all of them. The price didn’t go down any. I will not be back and I advise that you find somewhere else to eat as well. I added a photo of a Buffalo chicken slider next to an Allen wrench because I couldn’t find anything smaller.

I ordered the Chicken Bacon & Swiss sandwich and asked for no lettuce or tomato. What I received was a mess — the sandwich only had honey mustard, the chicken tasted off, the bun was lopsided, and worst of all, there was no bacon. The honey mustard was everywhere — not just on the sandwich but smeared inside the wrapper and even leaking onto the outside.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. I rarely order this sandwich here because it’s consistently made sloppy, and this time was no different. I tried calling to let them know, but couldn’t get through — and honestly, who has the gas to drive back after waiting ten minutes for the order in the first place?

Drive to the Frankfort Arby’s. This one is horrible. Two drive through menus and still takes 30 to 40 minutes. Ordered three combos and this is how full the fries are. Pathetic… for $30+ in food, standards are low. This store needs new management.

My grand daughter had her birthday get together here, I can not brag enough on employee Bradlee. He went above and beyond for Mia, even brought her a milkshake for her birthday. It’s nice to see young men thinking of others and very kind. Kudos for who is rasing Bradlee he has manners and morals.., Food was amazing and atmosphere was GREAT.. Thank you Bradlee for making Mia night and offering me a shake as well for my birthday (my grand daughter and I are a day apart with many years in between LOL)

I didn’t get the right sandwiches I ordered and I ordered a crinkle cut fry and what I got was just old crinkle cut fries and curly fries mixed together. They were awful.
