Phenomenal doesn’t even begin to cover it. Firstly, my grandmother is very elderly and ill, and it is a struggle to get her to eat more than one or two bites during a meal. She ate nearly everything she got here, and she said it was the best meal she’s ever had. That was such a miracle and a testimony to how incredible the food was here. Everyone else’s food was so amazing too. We were all raving the whole time from appetizers to desserts! I’ve traveled all throughout Italy multiple times, and the food here was just as good, if not better, than the food I had there. It helps that the chef is from Milan too, so this is truly authentic Italian food. Not only that, but this is a beautiful family-owned and operated business, and we had a super friendly father-son duo (including the owner) serving us today. We felt so welcomed and taken care of the whole time! Very pretty view of the canal from the outdoor dining area too. I am beyond impressed. This is hands-down the best restaurant in the Miami-area! I highly recommend coming to Elvis Italian Grille!

Really can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’m picky when it comes to the pasta e fagioli soup and let me tell ya, it was sooo good, same thing when it comes to pizza I’m picky and they got it right absolutely DEE-licious!!The food was brought fresh out the oven the quality was high and I swear I could taste the love put into preparing it. No brainer this is my favorite go to and will most definitely keep coming back Thank you Elvis and your entire staff for the amazing food, experience and making it such a wonderful night. Just had an incredible lunch at Elvis Italian Grille in Dania Beach, and I’m still thinking about that Spaghetti Carbonara. They make it the **original** way—with guanciale, egg, and pecorino (no cream in sight!), and it was ultra-creamy, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. The pancetta/guanciale was spot-on crispy, the pasta al dente, and the generous shower of cheese and black pepper on top made every bite heavenly. Seriously one of the best carbonaras I’ve had outside of Italy.
The restaurant itself has a cool, vibrant vibe with fun decor (love the mural in the back!). Our server was super attentive, friendly, and honestly gorgeous—she made the whole experience even better with her great recommendations and quick service.
Portions were solid, the iced tea (with those fresh fruit slices) hit the spot, and the bread basket was a nice touch. If you’re near Dania Beach or the Hard Rock area and craving real Italian comfort food, this place is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back!

What truly set this place apart, though, was the hospitality. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Elvis, who took the time to introduce us to the chef—an experience you don’t get very often and one that made the night feel extra special.
I honestly can’t remember the last time I had such a great end-to-end restaurant experience. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to come back this week with more family. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My new favorite pasta spot! I loved everything we ordered. My ravioli was DELICIOUS!!! My husband loved his seafood dish as well. I finally found my go to pasta spot. The desserts were super tasty!! We both loved everything.
The owner was so nice. But our waitress was #1! Hayden gave us amazing recommendations and we loved her personality! She was super cool and treated us like family. Definitely give this restaurant a try, you won’t regret and will come back for more!

Very nice restaurant! Food was great, as well as service and entertainment. There was a violin player and lady entertaining with fire which was very nice and so unexpected. Elvis the owner came out and spoke to our rebel for a while too and his wife was there also helping and brining out food and clearing dishes away. If you like Italian food you have to try this restaurant. It’s close to 441 on Griffin and has plenty of parking even when it’s busy. We will be back!
