Absolutely Fantastic Vegan Spot in Cape Canaveral!
Moonshine Vegan Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve.
The menu is creative and full of flavor — every dish feels thoughtfully crafted. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is spot-on, and the portions are generous. Whether you’re fully vegan or just exploring plant-based options, Moonshine makes the experience amazing.
I especially loved how balanced the flavors were in every dish, and the presentation was beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking here. The desserts are also a must-try — surprisingly indulgent yet still light.
Overall, Moonshine is one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve visited in Florida. Perfect for date nights, casual dinners, or even quick bites before heading to the beach or Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!

Moonshine rocked our world!!!
What a treat to find this adorable vegan restaurant in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. All the food was incredible. We had French Toast, Florentine Benedict and The Classic with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon. We took the Thai Basil Bowl to go for lunch later that day.
The decor could not be cuter, even in the restroom(IKR!!). We will be back soon to keep working our way through the menu.

First visit was excellent! Not only were the plant based meals good, but the restaurant vibes were cozy and service good also. great choice in the cocoa village. the owner said there is some re-branding happening and they were merging with Pucker Up Vegan eatery and refreshing the vibe. we will return to enjoy again!

I’ve been craving for a while a vegan egg Benedict.. and it was much more than what I expected. It was satisfaction. The next best thing is the biscuit gravy I believe it’s called. I can’t put in words of how delicious it all was. Thank you for the experience. I felt the comfort in the establishment, it had a New York touch for me.

Dear baby Jesus this vegan food sent me straight to heaven!!! My wife Heidi had traveled here for Whole Foods to open a new store in the area so I wasn”t with her and she couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the food was. Low and behold a few months later we were coming to a family reunion 2.5 hours from here but we literally got an air b&b near here just so we could have the food. And all expectations were exceeded for me! I tried the vegan crunch wrap and I almost picked the plate up and licked it after finishing. The salsa and every ingredient was so fresh the flavor just explodes in your mouth and its a party for my taste buds! The owner is an absolute gem we had a nice conversation becsuse my wife is in the beginning stages of making her own vegan food and selling it. The staff, the owner, every person making this place exist plays their role masterfully if you want an amazing vegan food experience come here its worth traveling across the US for and even from the other side of the world . 5 stars but I would give 5,000 stars if I could!

Delicious breakfast with so many options! The ultimate potatoes were tasty, perfectly cooked and seasoned, protein-packed and beautifully presented. Biscuits and gravy satisfied my wife who grew up on homemade country breakfasts.
So many locally sourced Florida ingredients including fresh baked bread! Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. This spot will be in our regular rotarion!

I got the Ruben sandwich with fries and the lemonade flight. The sandwich was good, but honestly I thought the lemonade flight was the best part of my meal, followed by the amazingly seasoned fries. I really appreciated they had plenty of non-alcoholic beverages in addition to some alcoholic choices. The service was excellent. This might be a nitpicky criticism, but I would suggest changing up the atmosphere music. We found it a bit distracting from our conversation. But I’m curious to come back and try something else on the menu.

We were so happy we got to try out this plant based deliciousness this time around in Cocoa! Absolutely delicious. I’ll never get over the vegan egg! Theirs absolutely did not disappoint on the burger. My daughter’s pasta was delicious, awesome low key beer collection and a delicious pickle lemonade! Also got a side salad and mac and cheese! Everything so wonderful, I hope this restaurant serves for many many years

First time here with my parents. I have been a vegan for a long time and love taking advantage of going to vegan restaurants.
I love the buffalo cauliflower bites. Spicy, flavorful, filling 10/10.
The crab cakes. 8/10

Added photos from my latest visit, since I come here so often! The food is fantastic and I always have a great time. My day is made when they have chocolate desserts in stock! My favorite item to get is the Caesar salad with plant based chicken. OBSESSED! My only complaint is that they are not open 7 days a week I get cravings on Sunday-Tuesday!
