I’m all for giving a new business a chance to get up on its feet and make some newbie mistakes, but after the fifth time coming here and ordering a Pepperoni Extra Most Bestest pizza each time, we have had the same frustration. This last time we tried ordering the Detroit Style deep dish pizza and attached is a picture of the sauce mess we got. Someone at this location really loves loading up the sauce. Each time the ratio of toppings to sauce is way off. It’s a sauce bath pizza essentially. Easy on the sauce, make sure you’re measuring correctly and not guessing amounts. I want to support our local businesses, so my hopes are that things improve.

Honestly, I am not sure where to start with this feedback. I had a horrible experience at the Santaquin Little Caesar’s in Utah on Saturday. You can check transaction reference 407786462 which was ordered around 6:00 PM Saturday evening and had an ETA pickup of 6:40. I believe I finally got my pizza at 7:35 after my pizza had to be remade 2 separate times. It was pure chaos in the store and there was no leadership to guide the 4 person staff. I witnessed 20+ people get abandoned and wait over an hour.
Everyone barely got a sorry from the staff and after my pizza finally came an hour later, I found out that it was done the entire time but left in the oven holder the entire time. They abandoned the portal pickup which is half broken anyway.
Terrible experience. I left the entire novel to their corporate for feedback.

Called ahead and placed an order over the phone. Set a pickup time with plenty of time for them to complete the order. I arrived at the set pickup time, and the food wasn’t ready. I sat patiently while they finished cooking our order. We got home and realized all the food was burnt. The kids helping me seemed more interested in joking around than helping make things right. I hope this location can figure things out.

I keep giving them a chance and I keep hoping to change my mind, but every time I’m disappointed. Usually there is a long wait, for example right this moment I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes for a cheese hot and ready – but even if it is fast, the quality is just not good.
Side note, I understand being busy and maybe there are no hot and readys available, but tell me that BEFORE I pay instead of taking my payment and then having me drive around front to wait for an indeterminate amount of time with a screaming baby in the car.

Best Little Caesars we have EVER been to, Their pizzas are ALWAYS fresh,cheesy and absolutely delicious!! We always get pepperoni for my grandson and cheese for my granddaughter and they love it as much as we do!!

Came here yesterday and I’m not sure if the lady at the counter was new but she told me to repeat the order 3 times (which is fine) then told me it would be about a 10 minute wait. (got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with olives on top) As I was waiting a gentleman walked in and was waiting for a pickup order. when he received his order he checked his pizza and told the red haired employee it was supposed to have jalapeños on it. the employee gave an attitude response and said “jalapeños weren’t put on the order am I supposed to re make it?”. The gentleman seemed upset and said no and just left. About 20 minutes go by and I noticed my food was done and was just sitting on a back counter. When she finally gave me my order I had been there for around 30 minutes so I just wanted to leave. when I arrived at home my pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni and was cold from sitting on the counter for so long and the cheese in the crust was solid like eating a square of cheese.

Places run by kids and the service level shows it, any given evening you’d be lucky to see an adult in the entire group. Staff gives you attitude, Pizza is often missed cut or overcooked and they get angry when you tell them as much.

We live in Payson, but make the drive to this Little Caesars because they usually do a better job with making sure the toppings are covering the entire pizza. The employees have always been kind to us too.
