How beautiful! My mother in law booked an afternoon tea for us here on New Year’s Eve and I did not know what to expect…I loved it! First, we were led behind a red rope which made it feel very exclusive lol We were sat a table by the china cabinet, which was very nice. We each got a pot of tea, so we didn’t have to come to a consensus. I got the gypsy pearl white chai, which our hostess (Dawn I believe was her name) blended! It was wonderful as is, nothing added to it once they steeped it, which of course came in a very cute tea pot with a lovely place setting.
For our food, there were 3 different types of sandwiches (1 being cucumber of course!), an egg salad, 2 types of scones, and 3 different little desserts. We got through everything! This was a truly wonderful experience, especially as a memory to share with my MIL. Dawn was an absolute delight and had me cackling, which is the type of experience I love! The owner was also there and she was so sweet, when I told her where I live since I was from out of town, she was so quick to recommend a tea spot near me. I left with a bag of the tea I tried, which was a little less than $20 for a decent size bag. This is something I would absolutely bring my girlfriends to do if we lived here. Great experience!

I surprised some of my family members with their first afternoon tea experience and they loved it! The service was amazing from the moment I called to schedule the reservations and throughout our teatime. The lady that assisted us (I believe her name was Dawn) was so attentive, knowledgeable and funny. We truly enjoyed her assistance. I liked the fact that we were all provided with our own teapot. It allowed us to try several of the many teas they have available. The sandwiches, scones and pastries were all very tasty. I will definitely be back.

She makes a nice tiered tea lunch and I especially like and request more of the yummy chicken salad sandwich.
The gift shop provides unique and small gift option. I wish she would consider including in her sweet gift shop carrying a nice, small selection assortment of bags of gourmet and hand made candies. For example, Sweet Pete’s is a nice, sweet, and gourmet option.

I have visited this tea room a few times. The food and teas are tasty, however they don’t give you enough tea. The teapot is probably about half the size I receive at other tea rooms. We had to ask for creamer and honey, which the waitress replied, “please wait for the tea to come out and let me know if you still need it.” So had to ask a second time for it. That I wouldn’t have minded, but the time limit was frustrating. The last time we went I was visiting with a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time and we had a strict hour and a half time limit as everyone else. It’s not enough time to eat and talk at a leisurely pace. We felt rushed not relaxed.

Attended a baby shower this afternoon. Beautifully decorated private area; every variety of teas you can imagine. Suffice to say the owner, Kelly, is a connoisseur of fine tea blends because the flavor of every individual pot was perfect. The pastries, sandwiches (half, full sandwiches!) were obviously homemade; the pastry crusts were light & flaky; fillings, creamy & not too sweet; the scones? My all time favorite were the best I have everrrr had! Served with a whipped butter that was to die for.
Great little place, very reasonably priced for the product & atmosphere.
A lovely gift area with everything “Tea” related and some really cute, unique baby gifts. All reasonably priced!
Highly recommend for ANY occasion or just a nice outing.

This tea room was gorgeous and relaxing. Deb greeted us and Dawyne made the foods and was our server and the manager. The parking lot in the back of the building was very easy to find. The three of us came for afternoon tea. We each got to choose our own pot of tea. We chose: Blueberry pie green tea, Vanilla Rose, and Florida Mantra. They provided honey for us to use as our sweetener, which was a local honey (good for people with allergies). The 3 tier food tray came with finger sandwiches (cucumber sandwiches on white, tomato sandwiches on wheat, egg salad sandwiches on mini tarts, & chicken salad on croissants), two kinds of scones (with strawberry jam and butter), eclairs, lemon bars, and macaroons. Everything was superb! The scones were nice and soft and moist. We all decided to try each others tea so we’d get a taste of 3 kinds today. We all three chose the green tea blueberry pie as our favorite hands down. We had some food left over, so Dawyne brought us take home boxes to pack them up. We both bought 2 packages of the favorite tea (15 tea bags for $10.99) on the way out. We paid our bills and left our tips and thanked them very much. The staff was all very kind and polite and made us feel very welcome. It was such a wonderful experience and we’ll come back again. We found the best tea house in the New Port Richey area.

Had tea/lunch at this cute White Heron tea room, it’s beautiful and well decorated. The foods were delicious, definitely the best quality for an afternoon tea that I’ve ever had. The tea was delicious too I ordered the Florida Sunset -without caffeine.
They have great selections of shopping in the front of the store. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

This is the best specialty tea shop around. The gift shop always has a wide array of their delicious teas available for purchase as well as cute tea related merchandise. The tea room for afternoon tea is wonderful for a special catch up with friends or a celebration. The special “after hours” evening tea events are beyond amazing with so many special touches that truly showcase how much care they take. I also love being able to pop in and get a tea to go and maybe a treat from the case at the gift shop. Their most recent addition of a tea parlour is a lovely place to catch your breath and relax with a pot of tea and a scone. No matter what you can be assured that you will be treated with kindness and made to feel very special at this local gem.

I believe they impressed on a 1 out of 3 on the high tea. I have been to a good number of tea rooms in my time collectively and I have to say this was the scarcest dessert plate I have ever seen and some of the desserts were good and some were to be desired. The scones were very very dry, and I usually love scones, but I did not care for either of them. And now for the one out of three, the sandwiches were good I will say that. Best way to describe the decor was modern, elegant, clean-cut and quaint. It has a Better Homes and Gardens meets Tea Room kind of feel to it. Silver, gray, white, and turquoise seem to be the color scheme here with white-washed effects. If you’re hoping for a Victorian or Old World Victorian type of feel this would not be the place for you. Sidenote, upon being seated and starting our high tea at the very first cup of tea, when I went to add sugar there was a lump in my sugar from dampness and there was a hair in my sugar. When brought to the server’s attention they apologized and said they would get us a new one but did not return with a new one, another staff member assisted us by giving us a sugar canister from another table. And lastly, I found it in very poor taste that they started frying up bacon in the back room during our high tea which permeated throughout the building (though not very big), but I found it in poor taste since high teas are almost always prepared with a reservation prior cooking is not usually done at the time and not that type of cooking. It’s like smelling Chinese food when you sit down in an Italian restaurant for an Italian meal, it just kind of messes you up…. I have had nicer experiences for a better price but it is a local place if you hail from the New Port Richey area, so considering I didn’t have to drive too far, all in all it was okay.
