The rice was overcooked and really reallymushy , and a bit salty. The steak was ordered medium , and it was well done , it was dry . The chicken tasted like the burnt grill food residue.

Don Sanchez just opened at 15740 Ave 296 in Visalia and the food is . The hibachi steak plate is hands-down one of the best I’ve had—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The sushi is fresh and delicious too. Definitely worth stopping by. Highly recommend!

Sushi roll quality 0. Its composed of 70 percent rice 20 percent mayonaise. The other 10 i will assume its ingredients as I could not tell through all the mayo. Definitely wasnt the same as the first time i ate there when they were located on alta ave.
