I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at this Chipotle location on January 8, 2026, between 6:35 PM and 6:45 PM, involving both staff and the manager, Makina.

I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 6:35 PM to pick up two separate mobile orders—one scheduled for 6:30 PM and the second for 6:40 PM. A young female employee working the drive-thru window (blonde hair) told me rudely that my order was not ready and instructed me to pull around, despite the drive-thru line being very long. I informed her that one of the orders was already marked ready at 6:30 PM. She responded dismissively, stating that neither order was ready, and then slammed the window shut.

I drove back around the drive-thru. When I reached the window again, I could clearly see my bag sitting on the counter, yet the same employee repeatedly walked past the window, acknowledged seeing me, and still did not hand me my order. This continued for approximately 9 minutes, which I have on video.

Eventually, Makina, who identified herself as the manager, came to the window. I asked for the employee’s name so I could report the behavior, and Makina refused to provide it, stating she did not have to and that she was the manager. Her tone and demeanor were rude and dismissive, and she failed to address the situation professionally. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable resolving the issue with her, as it appeared the staff were friends and the behavior was being defended rather than corrected.

In addition to the service issues, my order was incorrect and unacceptable:
• I ordered a side of steak but was given chicken or carnitas. I do not eat pork.
• I requested queso, which was not included, while an excessive amount of sour cream was added instead.
• The food was extremely cold, likely due to sitting unattended for an extended period, including the 9 minutes documented on video.

Although I contacted Chipotle Customer Service and received a refund, this situation goes far beyond a financial issue. The lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment, refusal to provide employee information, and poor food handling are unacceptable. No manager should respond or behave in the manner Makina did.

I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would also like the opportunity to speak with the building owner or higher-level management to discuss my experience and provide video evidence of how this situation was handled.

I will continue to follow up until meaningful action is taken. A refund alone is not an adequate resolution for this level of misconduct.

“It’s a 30 minute wait for white rice”
It’s peak dinner time there’s 20 people in line there’s two people one fresh still training trying to work with one other girl. Everyone else is hanging out talking in the back. After that they were practically out of half the containers with no more meat cooking. This is the biggest lack of work ethic I’ve ever seen, would make you ask is there management? No rice no protein? I was told there’s another chipotle down the road I could go to that would have the rice and meat. Just crazy this establishment is being ran this way. In the picture shows the only employee doing their job. Hate to throw people under the bus but this is bad.

Horrible service. The teenagers that work there have SO much attitude for having to just do their job. My friend and I both went in on separate occasions around 5pm and 6pm yesterday and found that we both had the same experience. She asked for a quesadilla, and instead of explaining that they could only take those orders online, the kid behind the counter grimaced his face and looked at her like she was stupid, and with a loaded attitude told her no and that she needed to order online. She ended up just leaving without ordering because it was such a high level of rudeness. The restaurant was also completely empty so it seems illogical to make her go through the app, unless it’s just not possible to ring it up – but who would know since he didn’t think it was worth his effort to explain.
When I went later I was met by the same kid. No smile, no greeting, nothing. Just flat faced “what do you want.” The second kid on the line also had an attitude. I got a veggie bowl so I asked if I could have a big scoop of guac and I watched her roll her eyes and then specifically scoop a smaller amount of guac, even scraping it against the side of the bin to take off more…didn’t make eye contact the whole interaction and walked away immediately after passing the food to the cashier.
The only saving grace was the cashier. She was friendly and kind and the only interaction that gave a damn. Other than her, the attitude of the other 2 kids was absolutely wild to me.

The staff was friendly enough but the food and the execution of my order had a lot to be desired. the steak for my burrito bowl was dry and ranged in size from tiny pieces to pieces that i had to cut up myself in order to eat. the rice was very dry. the guac was a mix of fresh and some that had obviously been on the line for a long time. the salsas, mild and corn, were good. i confirmed with the manager that my pretty lame costume met the requirements for the $6 burrito halloween special and that i could get a bowl instead of a burrito. this information wasn’t conveyed to the person at the register and i was charged the full price which i didn’t catch until i checked my receipt in my car so i had to go back in and have the manager fix the issue after i assured her that i did indeed wanted the discount to which she informed me that the special didn’t include the guac that i go and she would charge me for that. really, chipotle?!? i also didn’t realize that they forgot to put the extra salsa i requested and so that was just something else that made for a poor experience. the one in south pointe is better but i’m going to checkout qdoba‘s even though they’re not as convenient.

I went the week they opened and once again weeks later. Disappointed but not surprised. The food wasn’t flavorful and the gauc was not fresh. I would definitely wait a long time to go back. Let those grills get seasoned

The only reason I’m giving one star is because it’s not possible to give zero stars.

This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. The customer service was horrible from start to finish — no energy, no eye contact, and no sense of professionalism.

They somehow managed to run out of steak, veggies, beans, and sour cream at 7 PM. When we politely asked if they were going to cook more, the staff acted like we were the problem for even asking. To make things worse, the veggies they did serve were cold and clearly not from a fresh batch.

The entire night crew seemed completely unbothered and uninterested in doing their jobs. This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had, and I will not be returning to this location.

For a newer location, whoever is running this place… should NOT be running it. This evening, my husband went inside where only two, young female workers were at the front. He walks in, they look at him, they turn around and got on their phones. He said something to them and they continued to ignore him. If you thought that was bad enough, the food treys were EMPTY!!! Someone higher up needs to take over because this is absolutely unacceptable! Get it together! Needless to say, he walked out and went to a different location. Shame!

The workers in line were too busy talking instead of paying attention. My food was cold, my order was messed up, and I was charged $24 for basically rice, cheese, and double meat. If you actually want to eat and enjoy your food, this is not the place. Service sucks.

Worst Chipotle ever, no customer service, poor quality of food, they close 5 minutes early, when I come always 15 minutes waiting. Team is under performance. Everything comes from the top if Area leader or Regional leader don’t do their job GM never will do it neither manager’s and team members. Please close this Chipotle is embarrassing. I love Chipotle but no this one for sure and no only me.
