Had a great time eating a lovely dinner here tonight. Rita was our waitress, and she was very accommodating to my gluten allergy. I had the chicken dish slightly modified with no sauce or red pepper, and the French onion soup. We also shared the salumi board and it was divine! All in all it’s a 10/10 experience. I will be back.

Limited menu, but varied items so something for every taste. There were specials also in addition to the menu. Pictured is the Paccheri pasta with roasted cauliflower, pancetta, peas in a cauliflower cream, white parmagiano sauce and the Controfiletti seared skirt steak with red wine reduction, potato puree, sauteed mushrooms and broccoli. Both items were delicious! Our starter was the fried calamari which was crisp and light. Check the actual website for the current menus as the ones posted in pictures may be dated. I believe this shows seasonal ingredients are used so menu may vary. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. It was Valentine’s Day, so it was crowded, but we felt the pace of the meal was good and we were taken care of well considering it was a full house. Final note – VERY GOOD CAPPUCCINO topped off our meal. We’ll be going back!

I had been wanting to try Lavagna for a while, so I came with a group of my friends to celebrate my birthday. It was an amazing experience overall, from the food to the service and the atmosphere. The food was incredible, everyone really enjoyed their meal. The drinks were also delicious. The restaurant had just rolled out a new brunch menu, and it did not disappoint. There were many options to choose from so all of my guests were content. The atmosphere was very intimate and we were able to hear one another really well. There was a performer who had an excellent voice and played a few songs that we had requested. Our waiters were also amazing and kept checking in on us even as it got busy. On top of that, the staff provided my friends and I with complementary dessert. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt like I needed to as a thank you for the experience!

Had t lovely dinner in the wine room. Food was well executed and service was very attentive. Beet and goat cheese salad, meatballl appetizer, seafood pasta and skirt steak were all very good. Selection of cocktails and wine was nicely varied and cocktails were well made. Looking forward to our next visit!

This restaurant is a local gem! We choose Lavagna for our annual Secret Santa brunch. They were accommodating, even as our party size changed several times. The restaurant itself is beautiful, loved the decor. The location is an old bank, but the only way you’d know is the vault door still remains. A nice nod to the location’s past. The brunch menu was simple but complete. Two courses, unlimited brunch drinks for 2 hours, and a sweet pastry starter with your choice of pastry. Everything was hot and delicious. They kept our glasses filled and even had the option to change drinks if you wanted to. It was such a good time and we can’t wait to visit for dinner. 10000/10, please support this local business.

An incredible dining experience! It’s chic, modern, and clean with lots of interesting art and decor. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, intimate yet still still social with a cool vibe. A perfect place for a date night for all ages or a cool gathering with friends.
The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and wine; you feel cozy and welcomed from start to finish (special thanks to Salome for serving us!)
The menu offerings are a combo of interesting and adventurous, and tried but true. Nothing was chose was anything less than exceptional (the olive oil tasting and caviar were my favorites!). Can’t wait to come back!

Came to this place for date night with my Boo and had an absolutely delicious 3 course meal. For apps we did the scallop special with carrot butter purée. It was cooked perfectly and so much flavor. We also did the duck fat fingerling potatoes, which I needn’t say more. We went with the truffle pizza for a main and it was heavenly. Like omg! Roman style, perfect crust, just phenomenal. Finished off with the Lavagna cloud for dessert, which is the mascarpone thingy, and it’s probably the best dessert I’ve ever had. Drinks are delicious, and our server Erin was phenomenal, friendly, and attentive. Do your self a favor and get here. If you like delicious meals that is.

The Italian dishes at Lavagna are truly something special. Dining here feels like being in Italy—authentic, refined, and full of flavor. These aren’t your typical Italian-American meals. I’d have a hard time finding food like this even in NYC. You can tell the chef is extremely talented and passionate about their craft.

Also, our waiter Aiden was fantastic—very hospitable and eager to please. If he didn’t have an answer to a question, he made the effort to find out. That kind of service made the experience even better. A real gem of a restaurant.

Very cozy atmosphere, servers were very kind and attentive, food was amazing. We got the truffle spaghetti and ribeye steak. The steak was very flavorful. And the tiramisu was the right amount of creamy. Would definitely recommend!
