They don’t open for breakfast here but… it was a lonely Saturday morning .. Valentine’s Day. I was hungry and alone. I called them to see if they had breakfast. Tina answered, her voice was music to my ears. She said, sorry we aren’t open until 11, but, if you’re hungry I can make you a breakfast burrito if you come on by. Ecstatic, I hurried to Luchador in pure bliss. As I walked in, Tina greeted me with a smile and happily cooked up the ingredients to make a killer breakfast burrito. It was amazing. Made my Valentine’s Day special and filled my belly up with heavenly ingredients. Thanks Tina. You are my Valentine’s Day hero.

I called to ask if the had Horchata because my dad requested it from his hospital bed on end of life care. He is from Guatemala, so he was wanting a taste of home. The woman said they didn’t have any made, but she would gladly make some. She did and my dad was thrilled. I did try some tacos while I waited and they were delicious and very filling. I will always be grateful for their kindness and willingness to go out of the way to help my dad get a taste of home. Please support this business. They care about what they do and they care about others.

Stop tonight to pick up our dinner , we have notice that the bowls are getting less and less . We have been coming there since they have opened In Auburn. Their burrito are good and full depending on whom is there same gose for the bowls . For the price of this needs to be better at making .

My son and I stopped in this evening to find one woman working the grill, prep station and register all by herself. Seems like someone was a no show. It is so hard to find good help these days but this woman took it in stride as best as she could. We came at 5:30 with a couple people already waiting and it seemed like more and more pouring in the door after us. The lady worker apologized over and over as she tried to run and multi task multiple stations. She was smart enough to ask ahead if we would be ordering things like fries which could cook while she prepped. It was truly impressive to see this woman stay calm and push forward. We of course left her a good tip to give some relief after a long day. I am sure there were customers less patient that followed us. I wish I caught her name but I think she deserves a raise! She was the only worker on 10/7/25. At the very least I hope her boss gives her a pat on the back!!

We each choose a taco plate with various sides to try as much variety possible. Food was good (Especially the churros) and prices were reasonable. Service was outstanding. Employees were friendly and in good spirits. Would definitely return to try something else!!!!

Extremely disappointed with our meals. We got tacos, a bowl, and a burrito. The steak was not very good at all, the chicken was very odd in texture and taste, and the burrito was lacking. This had nothing to do with the service workers, she seemed to be doing everything on her own. But the quality of food was atrocious. Online told us our order would be ready at 12:35 but it was clearly ready much sooner because it was not even remotely warm by the time we got home. Will not be back

I’ve been here a few times, I used to go all the way to the Norway location just to have their burritos and churros! I’m so glad there’s now a location in Auburn. But As always they are FANTASTIC! Try it you won’t regret it!

When I go, I usually get the pork taco but as a burrito and I highly recommend adding more of those delicious pickled onions and for it to be made by Hailey! That burrito they made was PHENOMENAL especially after a long day of work!
