They have really good deals and the food is always amazing, however, online when I placed an order, I used a coupon that said I could redeem a free 2 topping pizza with delivery only and I wanted to pick up the order myself…but that’s not the issue I have, the issue is that it was suppose to be free and it still charged me $4 for the pizza that said redeem a “FREE 2-TOPPING PIZZA” which is why I gave the atmosphere 3 ⭐ bc it didn’t have an option for online rating. The food is def 5 ⭐ and the delivery service was quick and they were friendly as well so 5 ⭐ for that as well. So overall I’d say it’s 4.5 ⭐ but that’s not an option so I had to give it a 4 ⭐ rating bc of the coupon discrepancy.

Best in the area. We are closer to Eden but either go to Ridgeway or Martinsville because they always taste better and aren’t covered with bubbles. Lots of garlic and Parm on the crust (I wish you could check extra in the app). This was probably the best pizza we’ve had all year. Thank you!!!

I think Dominos has the best pizza around. I LOVE the incentives they’ve added to their online app. I get TONS of free food, I don’t even buy pizza anywhere else anymore. You earn points each time and those points add up. I use it regularly and I’m rewarded for it. The food is always perfectly cooked and so delicious. The stuffed cheesy breads are KILLER! I’m hooked on the spinach & feta and the chocolate lava cakes. The staff in martinsville (and collinsville) is always fast and friendly and I love seeing them hard at work. I’d highly recommend trying Dominos and If you didn’t like it before, try again, they have stepped up their game and gotten better than ever. Keep it up!

Just went in the store here in Martinsville Virginia and I experienced such great hospitality and great help placing my order online and Brandon the manager was super nice, super friendly, super helpful, and very professional! Placed an order and were given 30 minutes for a pickup time. We arrive after 30 minuted and they tell us its going to be 15 more minutes. We give them 20 go back in and they tell us it is going to be another 30 minutes. No remorse no apology, rude and completely unproffesional, exactly how you lose peoples business for good.

My last order was horrible. According to Domino’s App it sat in quality control for over 20 minutes and then I get a cold pizza and 2 orders of buffalo wings plain no sauce at all, just plain wings. This is my last order. I totally deleted the App. Over priced anyway.

Had issues in the past with being delivered to the wrong address and they were unwilling to make it right. I had to go out and play scavenger hunt to find where they put my pizza. Even though I put the correct address and it was saved from prior orders in the app, they said I was wrong and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward to finally giving them a chance again, I made sure it said my correct address and screen shot it just in case. I called the store to confirm it was right. They interrupted me, said it was right and before I could even say thank you they hung up. The customer service there is poor! It’s my favorite pizza chain but my cravings do not out weigh bad customer service. This will be the last time I order from them. I’d much rather give my business to a company that actually shows they want it like local businesses and other chains like Pizza Hut & Pappa Johns.
