Came in and saw Alannah and she made all our subs super quick! She was working alone. I saw all the online orders come in and she never once got overwhelmed. She was talkative and polite.
Made some great subs.. I appreciate her kindness and willing to chit chat. I will definitely be back. We tipped her $20 for being so great!! Nice way to end my day of working. Thanks girl. See ya soon!

My experience here wasn’t great. The bread for my sandwich was crusty and crumbly, obviously quite old. Also, the one employee that was working spent most of the time we were there yelling at someone over the phone on what seemed to be a personal call. It was unpleasant and I won’t be choosing this location again.

This one star has nothing to do with the employees and everything to do with upper management. I’ve never waited so long for a Sub and then while it was being made everything seemed to be out, the new person couldn’t even read my total off the screen properly. Your total is 11 dot oh 1 hmm?
The place was a mess, there was a handyman there and he stood in one side of the store while the employee was on the other yelling we haven’t had hot water since yesterday…..so I am hoping I don’t get food poisoning because last I knew you need hot water to properly wash dishes 🙁

With my final destination, stop on Christmas Eve, I decided to stop at Subway to grab a quick meal for the family. After picking up my online order, you could feel the Christmas joy and appreciation of this dedicated subway worker. She was outstanding.. made two incredible sandwiches and displayed fabulous customer service. Best customer service. I’ve seen at Subway in a long, long time. In my 25 years visiting this location I will give a shout out to the manager who hired this dedicated worker. I’ve pretty much seen in my 20 something years every manager in every worker at this location. Whoever the manager is at this location at the time, the lady working today on Christmas Eve is the perfect fit for subway. Thank you for your great service.

I feel terrible for the people who work here. There is only one person working here anytime I come in. They all work hard and try to go as fast as they can but they must be overwhelmed. Why the manager isn’t trying to help their staff out is beyond me. The food is good, the service is good, but one person working with a line of people is not right.

I placed an online order for 30 min after I was placing it. I placed 6 separate orders under my account for different people (to use the coupon code it required this). Instead of calling me and asking, the girl behind the counter assumed it was a scam and called her boss instead. When I got there to pick it up she was super rude about it and not apologetic at all. I ended up getting my order almost an hour after the time I had put to pick it up originally. We come to this Subway all the time and while the service isn’t always quick, it’s typically at least pleasant. On top of all of that there was nothing even offered as an apology or to compensate for time. Super frustrated and would definitely like to see at least a manager or owner address this.

Im actually shocked when I came by at 745 to get a sandwich and was greeted at the door that the worker was on break and we could come back in 15 minutes. Will never frequent this store again zero stars

I was greeted by a very unfriendly lady when I walked in saying that they were only taking online orders and I couldn’t order a sandwich in person even though there was no one in the store and she was doing nothing. This is not the first time this has happened from this same lady who I believe is the manager. This is extremely frustrating because I don’t have cell service in that area to order online and there is no reason she couldn’t make a sandwich for me in person besides her just refusing to do her job.

I had a poor experience here. The reason? I was given smaller portions than what subway advertises. I protested with the worker and she refused to give me the proper serving. She gave me half a serving of meat when I ordered a foot long. She also didn’t wear her name tag and the restaurant had filthy floors and table tops. Never got any food. Instead of solutions the employee just wanted to argue every time I asked for a different solution to the lack of advertised serving.
