Pizza came cold. Owner didnt want to give a credit and said at least the order was correct . Seemed annoyed and wasnt the least concerned. Informed the person taking my order to park in the back driveway and call when he arrives so we could come get it , he never called and apparently was knocking on the garage door and not the house. The attitude of the owner is the most concerning of anything as other reviewers have mentioned . Some basic customer service skills would go a long way

Wonderful pizza and subs in Hudsonville. Thin crust pizzas; one with pickles is different but good, if you’re looking to try something new and like pickles. Also just classic cheese and toasted Italian sub are yummy.

Didn’t know getting an order right was so hard. Requested a “deluxe pizza sub”. This specific name is not on the menu but I specifically asked for a sub like a deluxe pizza minus the sauce with mayo instead-NOT the sub with lettuce and tomatoes on it. What did I get? The deluxe sub with lettuce and tomatoes on it WITH pizza sauce.
Called and requested a remake because I got exactly what I DIDN’T want. I again explained that I want a deluxe pizza sub–like a deluxe pizza only on a sub, no pizza sauce but mayo instead. The person taking the order confirms and says you want our super sub. Ok make me a super sub witout pizza sauce but mayo instead. What did I get? A super sub with pizza sauce AND mayo. GROSS! Palermo’s you ruined my appetite!

This is great pizza. I highly recommend it. The service is amazing. There is a 12 year-old kid who always is super understanding and flexible. He always tries his best and if he doesn’t know he gets a manager. I really recommend going to Palermo.

Pizza here is good and not overly expensive. The last time I got a pizza here they didn’t seem too busy when I went to pick it up, but by the looks of my pizza, someone was in a rush. It definitely was not round…other than an excessive amount of air bubbles, the pizza still tasted great.

Take out only, pizza soggy, for over 30$ could have been baked longer, little bit more ham and olives on the pie. The sauce was delicious fair amount of cheese.

When you order a BBQ chicken pizza with grilled chicken you expect to see grilled chicken. Not soggy breaded chicken nuggets that probably came from Aldi. Nothing said when I phoned in my order and nothing said when I picked up my order. When I called I got a quick “we ran out and it will be back to normal tomorrow when the order comes in!” Not even a “Can we make you something different?” So, horrible pizza and even worse service.
